The online UITF application form is for existing SBC clients who do not have an existing UITF account yet. If you already have an existing UITF account and wish to avail a new UITF fund you may proceed directly to a branch near you.

Wait for our Call

Please expect a call from one of our UITF certified sales personnel within two (2) to five (5) banking days.

Visit the branch

After the call back procedure, visit your preferred branch to finish the UITF account opening process.

*You may still proceed with the online application even without submitting the UITF Kit yet. You will be contacted by a certified UITF sales personnel to explain our UITFs and/or to assist you in accomplishing the UITF Kit.

Please take note of the following
  1. After submitting, you may visit your preferred branch to proceed with the account opening process. Have your UITF application reference number ready.
  2. Once in the branch, prepare to sign on the following forms:
    • UITF account opening kit
    • Money Transfer Application Form (MTAF)
  3. You may either bring a copy of your signed forms or have these printed by the branch for you.
    For corporate accounts, bring a notarized Secretary’s Certificate/Partnership resolution authorizing investment in the SB UITF(s) chosen and designating authorized signatories for this purpose.
    • A welcome email shall be sent to your registered email address to confirm the successful UITF account opening.

    For clients that have an existing Security Bank UITF account
    1. Check your current risk profile. You may confirm your registered risk profile in our system when you visit the branch.
    2. If your risk profile is commensurate to the additional UITF you want to invest in, go to your preferred branch and:
      • Sign a Money Transfer Application Form (MTAF)
      if not,
      • Update your Client Suitability Questionnaire (CSQ) or sign a waiver form.
      • Sign a Money Transfer Application Form (MTAF).

    For clients that do not have a Security Bank account

    You may apply online by following the steps below:


    1. Access the Online Account Opening form here

    2. Choose the type of account you wish to open.

    3. Confirm and agree to our Terms and Conditions to proceed

    4. Fill out the needed information in the preferred day and time of call

    5. Upload your requirements (ID, Picture of 3 Specimen Signature).

    6. You will receive a confirmation of your application with reference no. via SMS and Email.

    7. Wait for our MS Teams Video Call on your preferred day and time.

    Search
