After downloading the app, follow these steps to register:

Verify your account
Provide the details of your Security Bank account or credit card.

Authenticate via SMS OTP
Enter the SMS OTP that you get from “SECURITYBNK” on your registered mobile number.

Set up your login
Nominate your username and a strong password.
Make sure you have a strong mobile network and stable internet connection for a smooth registration process. Register directly via the app. Avoid clicking on any web links sent via SMS or email for enrollment. Download and install the app only from Google Play Store or Apple App Store to ensure device and data security. Remember that Security Bank employees will never ask for your OTP. You may also click this link to register via web browser.
When registering to the all-new app, make sure to use the account number of your debit or credit card.
Important reminders when migrating:
Once you register with the new app, your access to the old Security Bank Online/Mobile apps will be deactivated after 24 hours.
Some features have been disabled in the old apps to ensure that your latest saved favorites, scheduled transactions, and card control preferences are synced correctly to the new app.
Some of your saved favorites and scheduled transactions might not have met our criteria for transferring to the new app. This is to ensure that the data stored will not prevent issues in the all-new app. Reasons might include incorrect text length, duplicate favorites, or not being the primary account holder.

Important TPIN reminders:
Keep your TPIN confidential. Your TPIN is your personal key for online banking actions in the new app.
For your security, a 24-hour cooling period is activated whenever you change your TPIN or install the app on a new device.
