What are the requirements for Security Bank Gold Circle?

The only requirement is to meet our minimum balances. For Security Bank Gold Circle, you can qualify if you have PHP 100,000 in a single CASA or PHP 500,000 total relationship balance across CASA, Term Deposit and Trust products.

How do I apply for Security Bank Gold Circle?

Approach any Customer Advisor to apply. The Customer Advisor will provide you with an invitation letter that includes the Terms and Condition and waiver. After signing the waiver, you will receive a welcome kit and a privilege card.

How do I avail of preferential rate on loan products?

You may approach any Customer Advisor, show your privilege card, accomplish a loan form and submit required documents.

What do I do if my Security Bank Gold Circle Privilege Card gets lost or stolen?

Immediately inform us of the lost or stolen privilege card by calling the Customer Service Hotline at (632) 887-91-88. You may also go to any branch to have your Security Bank Gold Circle Privilege Card replaced. A card replacement fee of PHP 400 will be charged.

What will happen if I don’t maintain the required balance?

If you don’t maintain the required ADB or TRB balance for three consecutive months, you will be charged on the fourth month of a corresponding service fee monthly until you meet again the required balance.

Can someone else use my Security Bank Gold Circle Privilege Card?

The Security Bank Gold Circle Privilege Card is non-transferrable and only the accountholder is entitled to the perks and privileges.

How do I avail of the discounts and deals?

Flash your Security Bank Gold Circle Privilege Card at partner merchants to avail of the discounts and deals.

How will I know if I’ve fallen below the required ADB or TRB balance?

You will be notified by the branch of account on your second consecutive month of falling below the required balance.

Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions

  1. This Program shall be open to all depositors/clients of Security Bank Corporation that satisfy the criteria (“preferred clients”) specified in Section 3 hereof.
  2. This Program shall be effective from November 15, 2013 until discontinued by Security Bank Corporation (hereinafter the “Bank”).
  3. Preferred Clients will be entitled to avail of Gold Circle Membership by meeting either one of the following parameters:
  4. Membership Type Average Daily Balance (ADB) Total Relationship Balance (TRB)
    Gold Circle P100,000 P500,000

    1 ADB must be maintained in a single Current Account or Savings Account.

    2 TRB is the sum of the balances in all Current Accounts, Savings Accounts, Time Deposits, and Trust Accounts.

    The Bank shall have the absolute and exclusive right to revise, change, amend, augment, reduce or cancel any of the aforementioned features, benefits and service without prior notice. More information can be found at /personal/gold/.

  5. In order to keep/maintain the preferred status/membership, the preferred client/member must maintain either the ADB or TRB requirement set forth above, and be in good credit standing with respect to his/her other transactions with the Bank. The preferred accounts shall be monitored monthly for this purpose. Should a preferred client/member fall below the required ADB or TRB or lose his good credit standing at any time, the Bank shall give the client/member a grace period of 3 months to meet the ADB or TRB requirement and/or restore its good standing. Failure to do so, however, within the said grace period shall result in a service fee.
  6. The Terms and Conditions governing the issuance of the client’s/member’s accounts with the Bank are incorporated herein by reference and made an integral part hereof.
  7. The Bank reserves the right to discontinue the Program, with notice to the affected clients.
  8. Gold Circle Members are entitled to the Personal Payroll feature wherein they can link an Easy account or Easy Accounts intended for, but not limited to, their household or personal staff to which the no minimum maintaining balance feature shall be extended.
  9. For any linked Personal Payroll accountholder, an Easy account will be opened, which may be unlinked at any time by the Gold Circle Member, in which case the said Easy account will be closed and a Manager’s Check will be issued to the concerned Personal Payroll accountholder for the remaining balance. Should a Gold Circle Member cancel his/her membership to Gold Circle, all Personal Payroll accounts linked will likewise be closed and a Manager’s Check will be issued individually to the Personal Payroll accountholders for the remaining balance.
  10. The number of Personal Payroll accounts that can be linked will be a maximum of 3 accounts. Any excess of the foregoing limits will be treated as regular deposit accounts.
