Why are you migrating my account?
Your account will be migrated to our new DigiBanker Pro banking platform, where you can enjoy improved features and services. The new platform was designed to enhance your overall BetterBanking experience with an improved interface and strengthened account security.
When I'm migrated to the new platform, can I still use my DigiBanker account?
Upon migration to the new DigiBanker Pro platform, you will retain access to your DigiBanker account.
Will all my information in the DigiBanker account be reflected in the new platform?
Yes, all data, account information, settings and preferences will be securely migrated to the new platform.
What will happen to my account when I move to the new platform?
Upon migration to DigiBanker Pro, you will be given a starter kit which contains your credentials to access your account in the new platform. Should you encounter any issues, our support team will be available to assist you.
Until when can I use my old DigiBanker account?
You may continue using your DigiBanker account even after the migration but we strongly recommend using DigiBanker Pro to familiarize yourself with the new platform.
What will happen to my scheduled transactions during migration?
To avoid any transaction errors, we highly encourage you to settle any payments prior to system migration as we will not be able to process any transactions during this time.
