In order to keep up with the increasing demands for online banking, we are implementing a series of upgrades and enhancements on our digital banking platforms to improve your overall banking experience.
We try our best to make upgrades less conspicuous by running things without our clients really noticing it. However, it’s inevitable to encounter disruptions along the way which can cause key platforms to be temporarily unavailable.
Please bear with us as we continually improve our systems. We are going to notify you ahead of time on our Social Media accounts and website whenever a major activity may temporarily affect access to our platforms.
Debit Switch Upgrade and Green PIN
We’re happy to announce that we’re upgrading our debit card system to deliver a more seamless banking experience. This will provide you with a faster and better debit card transactions. You may encounter changes within your cash withdrawal limit (more on this later—we will send you an email).
The Debit Card system upgrade will begin on October 26 at 8:00 PM until October 27 at 11:00 AM. During this period, the following will be temporarily unavailable:
