We will send out another advisory as soon as these systems become available.

Due to safety and health concerns brought by the pandemic, a lot of us have shifted from face-to-face to online transactions. Online transactions are now at an all-time high since the lockdown happened in March. This paved the way for businesses to adapt and continue their operations by focusing more of their efforts online.

With that said, we quickly shifted from traditional banking to online banking. Some of our efforts include online account opening through Skype video call, bank and credit card services you can do at home, and many more (Kindly see: https://www.securitybank.com/banking-at-home/). We want to fulfill our BetterBanking promise even at the comforts of your own home.

In order to keep up with the increasing demands for online banking, we are implementing a series of upgrades and enhancements on our digital banking platforms to improve your overall banking experience.

We try our best to make upgrades less conspicuous by running things without our clients really noticing it. However, it’s inevitable to encounter disruptions along the way which can cause key platforms to be temporarily unavailable.

Please bear with us as we continually improve our systems. We are going to notify you ahead of time on our Social Media accounts and website whenever a major activity may temporarily affect access to our platforms.

Debit Switch Upgrade and Green PIN

We’re happy to announce that we’re upgrading our debit card system to deliver a more seamless banking experience. This will provide you with a faster and better debit card transactions. You may encounter changes within your cash withdrawal limit (more on this later—we will send you an email).
