Terms and Conditions

1. The Promo is open to all Security Bank Mastercard credit cardholders (“Cardholder/s”) whose accounts are active, current, and in good* credit standing.
2. The Promo Period (Booking Period) is from May 1 to September 15, 2026.
3. The Stay Period is from May 1 to September 30, 2026.
4. Security Bank Cardholders are entitled to 15% off on Best Available Rates for deluxe rooms at The Manila Hotel during the Promo Period.
5. To avail the Promo, the Cardholder must do the following:

   1. Contact The Manila Hotel via the following contact channels to reserve a room:

   2. Upon reservation, The Manila Hotel will ask for the credit card details of the Cardholder.

   3. Cardholder should pay using their Security Bank credit card upon check-in via the POS terminal at The Manila Hotel

   4. Should the Cardholder want to pay in advance, they can pay using their Security Bank credit card via a secure payment link to be given by The Manila Hotel admin/staff.

   5. The Cardholder must present a valid ID for validation purposes upon check-in.

6. For cancellation and modification of booking, The Manila Hotel’s policy will be followed.
7. All incidental charges, not included in the exclusive discount/privileges, must be settled at The Manila Hotel or any affiliated establishments where the charges were incurred.
8. Blackout dates may apply.
9. The Promo is not transferable and is not convertible into cash or gift certificates.
10. The Promo is not applicable for online booking.
11. The Promo cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, upgrades, packages, or discounts at The Manila Hotel.
12. The Promo does not include the service charge when computing for the discount.
13. In case of disputes related to this Promo, the decision of The Manila Hotel and Security Bank Corporation shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by Security Bank Corporation.
14. Any dispute concerning the products availed with the Promo offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and The Manila Hotel with the concurrence of DTI.
15. Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Security Bank Mastercard credit cards shall apply.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those with Security Bank Mastercard credit cards which are not reported lost or stolen, whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraud, and those who have not violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing the Issuance and Use of Security Bank-issued credit cards.
