Frequently asked questions
How can my existing DigiBanker account be migrated to the new platform?
As an existing client of Digibanker, you will receive an email with the date your account will be migrated to the new Security Bank platform. The migration of accounts from the old Digibanker platform to the new Security Bank Business is done in batches. All accounts will eventually be migrated to the new Security Bank Business platform.
How will I know if my account has already been migrated to the new platform?
Once your account is migrated, your enrolled DigiBanker users will receive a Welcome Email with their login details. They can use these credentials to access the new Security Bank Business platform here: business.securitybank.com/login
A few important reminders:
• Never share your OTP, username, password, or any sensitive info with anyone.
• Monitor your SMS and email alerts regularly.
• If you spot anything unusual, lock your access or change your password immediately.
These steps help protect your business and keep your operations running smoothly.
Can I still use my Digibanker account once it's migrated to the new platform?
Yes, you can still access your Digibanker account for a period even after migration. Please note that not all actvities performed in Digibanker will be visible in Security Bank Business and vice versa.
My account has been migrated, what do I need to do to log in for the first time?
Upon migration to Security Bank Business, you will receive a starter kit containing your credentials to access your account on the new platform. You must use this to log in for the first time and nominate your own password.
What will happen to my scheduled transactions during migration?
To avoid any transaction errors, we highly encourage you to settle any payments prior to system migration as we will not be able to process any transactions during this time.
