Terms and Conditions

1. The Promo is open to all Security Bank credit and debit cardholders whose accounts are active, current, and in good standing.
2. The Promo Period is from August 6, 2025 to August 5, 2026.
3. The Stay Period is from August 6, 2025 – August 12, 2026.
4. Security Bank Cardholders are entitled to enjoy the following offers within the Promo Period:

   Accommodation	Hotel Kimberly Tagaytay	Sunday – Friday: 40% off from published Rates; Applicable on all room types Saturday: 20% off from published Rates; Applicable on all room types   Inclusions: • Daily breakfast for registered guest. • Note: Number of breakfasts depends on room type. • Access to the following: • Games room • Adult pool, aqua pool and kiddie pool • Bonfire with marshmallows • Movie night • Outdoor gym and team building obstacle course • Farm
   Dining	The Kitchen at Kimberly – Hotel Kimberly Tagaytay	15% off on total dining bill for a minimum spend of PHP3,000 and maximum spend of PHP10,000

5. To avail the Accommodation Promo, the Cardholder must call or email the hotel to book their stay and pay the reservation fee or full amount online using the payment link provided by the hotel using their participating Security Bank Credit and Debit card within the Promo Period.
6. To avail the Dining Promo, the Cardholder must advise the restaurant staff that they will be using their Security Bank Credit or Debit card at participating restaurants at Hotel Kimberly Manila & Hotel Kimberly Tagaytay within the Promo Period.
7. The Dining Promo is applicable to both check-in and outside guests.
8. The Dining Promo is applicable for dine-in only.
9. The Cardholder must be present and part of the dining party to be able to avail the discount. Proof of card ownership might be requested for verification.
10. The Promo is not transferable and is not convertible into cash or gift certificates.
11. The Promo is not applicable on the following blackout dates:
    • August 23-24, 2025
    • December 6-7, 2025
    • December 20, 2025 to January 3, 2026
    • April 2-4, 2026
    • May 1-2, 2026
    • June 12-13, 2026
    • Other long weekends & holidays

13. A single purchase transaction only requires one approval. Using multiple cards or splitting a single transaction into multiple transactions to receive multiple discounts/rewards are prohibited.
14. All incidental charges, not included in the exclusive discount/privileges, must be settled at the resort/hotel.
15. The Promo is not applicable on payments for banquet sales, private functions, and parties. Private Dining Room Consumable rate is not part of the promo.
16. For cancellation and modification of the booking, hotel policy will be followed.
17. The Promo cannot be used in conjunction with ongoing promos, offers and discounts of Hotel Kimberly Manila & Hotel Kimberly Tagaytay.
18. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, in compliance to the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 (R.A. 9994) an Act Expanding Benefits and Privileges of Persons with Disability (PWD) (R.A. 10754), the senior citizen or PWD can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the said laws, whichever is higher.
19. In case of disputes related to this Promo, the decision of Hotel Kimberly Manila & Hotel Kimberly Tagaytay and Security Bank Corporation shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by Security Bank Corporation.
20. Any dispute concerning the products availed with the Promo offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Hotel Kimberly Manila & Hotel Kimberly Tagaytay with the concurrence of DTI.
21. Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Security Bank Credit and Debit cards shall apply.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those with Security Bank credit cards which are not reported lost or stolen, whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraud, and those who have not violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing the Issuance and Use of Security Bank-issued credit cards.
