Terms and Conditions

1. The Promo is open to all Security Bank Mastercard Credit and Debit cardholders whose accounts are active, current, and in good* credit standing.
2. The Promo Period (Booking Period) is from October 6, 2025 to October 5, 2026.
3. The Stay Period is from October 7, 2025 to October 6, 2026.
4. Security Bank Cardholders are entitled of the following offer(s) within the Promo Period:
   • 20% off on Published Rates on Rooms
   • 15% off on Published Rates on Day Tour Packages
5. To avail the Promo, the Cardholder must do the ff:
   • Reserve their booking via call or email via the ff. contact channels:

   • Pay for their booking upon arrival and check-in of guests at via the post-of-sale terminals at Club Samal Resorts or at the Davao Booking Office. Cardholder must be physically present during payment. Staff may ask for a valid ID to confirm the Cardholder’s transaction.

6.  The Promo is not transferable and is not convertible into cash or gift certificates.
7. The Promo is not applicable on the following blackout dates:
   • Christmas Period: December 24-25, 2025
   • New Year Period: December 30, 2025 to January 1, 2026
8.  For cancellation and modification of booking, Club Samal Resorts or any affiliated establishments policy will be followed.
9. All incidental charges, not included in the exclusive discount/privileges, must be settled at the resort/hotel or any affiliated establishments where the charges were incurred.
10. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discounts, the Senior Citizen and Person with Disability can avail the promotional discount, or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
11. The Promo cannot be used in conjunction with ongoing promos, offers and discounts of Club Samal Resorts.
12. The Promo does not include the service charge when computing for the discount.
13. In case of disputes related to this Promo, the decision of Club Samal Resorts and Security Bank Corporation shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by Security Bank Corporation.
14. Any dispute concerning the products availed with the Promo offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Club Samal Resorts with the concurrence of DTI.
15. Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Security Bank Mastercard credit and debit cards shall apply.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those with Security Bank Mastercard credit cards which are not reported lost or stolen, whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraud, and those who have not violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing the Issuance and Use of Security Bank-issued credit cards.
