IV. General Terms and Conditions

1. The Promo is open to all Principal and Supplementary credit cardholders (“Cardholder”) whose cards are active and in good credit standing*, and with available credit limit at the time of purchase. Below are the eligible Security Bank credit cards for the Promo:

   • Wave Mastercard

   Corporate Mastercard and Security Bank Debit Mastercard are excluded from the Promo.

2. The Promo Period (Booking Period) is on September 8-30, 2026
3. The Travel Period is from September 15 to December 10, 2026.
4. Cardholders can avail of the USD 80 off voucher via the Cathay Pacific website provided that their transaction is a minimum single-receipt spend of USD 1,000 on the total purchase amount.
5. Cardholders must do the following to avail of the discount:
   • Sign up/in as a Cathay member via the official website
   • Visit the dedicated website for the USD 80 off promo
   • Select their preferred flight that meets the minimum single-receipt spend of USD 1,000.
   • Use the promo code CX80SB and use their eligible Security Bank credit card for payment upon checkout to avail of the discount.
6. Only transactions made via the Cathay Pacific official website will be considered for the Promo offer. Spends at Cathay Pacific branches are excluded from this Promo.
7. The Promo is not retroactive. Transactions made before the booking period are not eligible for the discount voucher. At the same time, transactions made after the booking period are not eligible for the discount voucher.
8. The Promo offer is non-transferrable, non-convertible to cash, non-refundable, and is not for sale.

10. Fares quoted are on a per person basis and does not include applicable taxes/surcharges. The Philippine Travel Tax (PH tax) is to be paid through TIEZA prior to departure. Fares, taxes and surcharges are subject to change and will be final at the point of ticketing.
11. The fares detailed in this offer are subject to limited availability and given on a first come, first served basis.

13. Blackout periods apply.
14. Premium Economy seats may not be available on some routes. If you select a Premium Economy fare for a route where these seats are unavailable, an Economy seat will be provided instead. Seat availability can be viewed during the booking process. Where passengers choose to change their booking after ticket issuance to a flight not offering Premium Economy, an Economy seat may be offered without any fare difference refund.
15. For an itinerary that involves a stopover in Hong Kong, please use the Stopover option to book your flights. Promotion codes are not available on the Multi-city/Stopover option.
16. Rebooking: Rebooking fees apply for travel date and flight changes on the same route, subject to ticket validity and any applicable taxes or fare differences. Please refer to “fare conditions” during booking.
17. No-show: No-show fees apply and vary by booking class, please refer to “fare conditions” during booking.
18. Refund: Cancellation fees apply and vary by booking class, please refer to “fare conditions” during booking.
19. Asia Miles Accrual: The exact number of Asia Miles earned for a flight will appear during the booking process.
20. Child fare / Infant with seat: 75% of adult fare applies.
21. Infant without seat: 10% of adult fare applies.
22. Tickets are non-transferable, and name change is not permitted.
23. All sectors must be confirmed upon ticket issuance.
24. Tickets must be used in sequence. If the first outbound sector is not utilized, the rest of the itinerary is automatically cancelled.
25. Fees for services and baggage of codeshare flights may be different from Cathay Pacific Airways, including on HK Express codeshare flights. Please consult the operating carrier’s website for information on their optional fees and services.
26. Other Cathay terms and conditions apply, including without limitation, Cathay Membership Programme terms and conditions, and Cathay’s General Conditions of Carriage and Conditions of Contract.
27. Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Security Bank Mastercard shall apply.
28. In case of dispute in respect of Security Bank only and the Cardholder’s availment of and eligibility for the Promo, the decision of Security Bank shall be considered final with the concurrence of DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the Promo shall be resolved by Security Bank.
29. Any dispute concerning the products and/or services related to the Promo shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Cathay Pacific with the concurrence of the DTI. 30. Security Bank and Cathay Pacific reserve the right to determine the eligibility and validity of cardholders and transactions for this offer in accordance with their payment records, including date and time.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those with Security Bank credit cards which are not reported lost or stolen, whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraud, and those who have not violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing the Issuance and Use of Security Bank-issued credit cards.
