The Promo is open to all Security Bank credit and debit cardholders whose accounts are active, current, and in good standing.
The Promo Period is from July 16, 2025 to June 30, 2026.
The Stay Period is from July 16, 2025 to July 31, 2026.
Blackout dates apply: December 20, 2025 to January 4, 2026, February 13-19, 2026, March 29-April 4, 2026, and May 1-4, 2026.

To avail the Accommodation Promo, the Cardholder must call or email the hotel to book their stay and pay the reservation fee or full amount online using the payment link provided by the hotel using their participating Security Bank credit and debit card within the Promo Period.
To avail the Dining Promo, the Cardholder must advise the restaurant staff that they will be using their participating Security Bank credit and debit card at participating restaurants at Boracay Ocean Club Resort & Spa within the Promo Period.
The Dining Promo is applicable for dine-in transactions of in-house guests with rooms booked under the Security Bank promo
To avail of the promo, Security Bank Cardholder must charge the total amount of purchase to his or her qualified Security Bank card.
Booking is not transferable. Cardholder must be one of the staying guests
The Cardholder must be present and part of the dining party to be able to avail the discount. Proof of card ownership might be requested for verification.
The Dining discount will be applied on total bill, inclusive of applicable taxes and service charge.
The Promo is not transferable and is not convertible into cash or gift certificates.

Cardholder must indicate or mention that they will use a Security Bank card to book, hotel booking policies and procedures shall be followed.
Only one (1) qualified Security Bank card will be accepted per transaction even if he or she has more than one qualified Security Bank card. The promo is valid for single-receipt transactions only, strictly no splitting of transactions.
A single purchase transaction only requires one approval. Using multiple cards or splitting a single transaction into multiple transactions to receive multiple discounts/rewards are prohibited.
All incidental charges, not included in the exclusive discount/privileges, must be settled at the resort/hotel.
The Promo is not applicable on payments for banquet sales, private functions, and parties. Private Dining Room Consumable rate is not part of the promo.
For cancellation and modification of booking, hotel policy will be followed.
The Promo cannot be used in conjunction with ongoing promos, offers and discounts of Boracay Ocean Club Resort & Spa.
In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, in compliance to the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 (R.A. 9994) an Act Expanding Benefits and Privileges of Persons with Disability (PWD) (R.A. 10754), the senior citizen or PWD can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the said laws, whichever is higher.
In case of disputes related to this Promo, the decision of Boracay Ocean Club Resort & Spa and Security Bank Corporation shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by Security Bank Corporation.
Any dispute concerning the products availed with the Promo offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Boracay Ocean Club Resort & Spa with the concurrence of DTI.
Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Security Bank credit and debit cards shall apply.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those with Security Bank credit cards which are not reported lost or stolen, whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraud, and those who have not violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing the Issuance and Use of Security Bank-issued credit cards.
