Terms and Conditions

1. Cardholders must meet the following requirements of Anantara Vacation Club: 
   • The Cardholder must be married or have a partner. 
   • Both the Cardholder and their spouse/partner must be between 28 and 65 years of age. 
   • In order to be eligible for this offer, the Cardholder and/or their spouse/partner must be earning a combined minimum income of USD75,000 per annum / PHP4.2 Million, annually before tax. 
2. The Promo Period is from January 15 to March 31, 2026. 
3. The Stay Period is from January 15 to August 31, 2026.   
4. The Promo Offers below are open to the respective Security Bank Mastercard Credit Cards and Debit Cards whose accounts are active, current, and in good* credit standing.

5. The participating properties are:

   • Avani Seminyak Bali (2-bedroom Apartment) – Indonesia
6. The inclusions for the offer are: 
   • Daily Breakfast for 4
   • Return Airport Transfers 
7. Cardholders are entitled to a complimentary gift of USD100 Resort Voucher if they travel and stay at the participating properties by March 31, 2026. 
8. The complimentary gift will be rewarded as a voucher by Anantara Vacation Club on behalf of the third-party issuers.
9. The complimentary gift is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash, and cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or discounts. 
10. The complimentary gift must be redeemed within 12 months of the issuing date. 
11. Offer is designed for married couples and life partners residing in the same city. 
12. Both the Cardholder and their spouse/partner must be between 28 and 65 years of age, and Cardholder is required to participate in the offer together with their spouse or partner. 
13. Promo includes an invite to an Anantara Vacation Club Preview Presentation to showcase and explain the use of the facilities. 
14. To avail of the Promo, the Cardholder must follow these steps: 
    • Contact Anantara Vacation Club call center via the following contact channels:

    • Provide the necessary details to Anantara Vacation Club to verify your eligibility if you meet the profile criteria. Important Note: This verification process will not require your credit card information or One-Time PIN (OTP). Please remain vigilant. 
    • Pay for the stay using their eligible Security Bank credit or debit card via the payment link provided by Anantara Vacation Club. 
15. Cardholder can only accept a maximum of two (2) offers over the course of their lifetime and they can only redeem one (1) offer per household during the promotion period unless otherwise specified. 
16. The Promo is not transferable and is not convertible into cash or gift certificates. 
17. The Promo cannot be combined with any other offer and is non-refundable, non-transferrable, not redeemable for cash, non-assignable and non-exchangeable. 
18. The Promo cannot be used for group bookings. 
19. The Promo includes accommodation, hotel taxes and service charge only. Any other expenses will be charged. 
20. All incidental charges, not included in the exclusive discount/privileges, must be settled at the resort/hotel. 
21. For cancellation and modification of booking, hotel policy will be followed.

23. An additional USD50 per night is payable for stays on a Thursday night, Friday night and/or Saturday night.

25. Only one amendment per booking is permitted and must be made twenty-one (21) calendar days or more before the arrival date to avoid a No-Show administration charge of our best flexible rate (per night). A flat rescheduling fee of USD99 applies and will be charged to the credit card used to process the booking.  
26. All fees and charges must be paid in full at the time of booking using the eligible Security Bank credit or debit card per Offer. 
27. The Club reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of this offer and/or to suspend or terminate the offer and/or vary the offer at any time at its reasonable discretion in concurrence with DTI.  
28. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or materials relating to this offer, these terms and conditions shall prevail in concurrence of DTI.  
29. The decision of Anantara Vacation Club and Security Bank Corporation on all matters relating to the offer is final, conclusive and binding with the concurrence of DTI.  
30. The Promo cannot be used in conjunction with ongoing promos, offers, and discounts of Anantara Vacation Club.  
31. In case of disputes related to this Promo, the decision of Anantara Vacation Club and Security Bank Corporation shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by Security Bank Corporation. 
32. Any dispute concerning the products availed with the Promo offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Anantara Vacation Club in concurrence of DTI. 
33. Employees of Anantara Vacation Club and their immediate families, existing Anantara Vacation Club Points Owners, existing Anantara Vacation, Club Voyager Members, A-Explore and A-Exchange Members, Club Discovery and Club Discovery Plus Members and persons who have attended an Anantara Vacation Club preview presentation within the past twelve (12) months are not eligible to participate in this offer.  
34. Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Security Bank Mastercard credit and debit cards shall apply. 

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those with Security Bank credit and debit cards which are not reported lost or stolen, whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraud, and those who have not violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing the Issuance and Use of Security Bank-issued credit cards.
