How to Avail 

• To avail the Accommodation Promo, the Cardholder must reserve under the following contact channels:

• The total amount of Cardholder’s transaction must be charged to their Security Bank Mastercard credit or debit card through a point-of-sale terminal at Alino Hotel upon check-in. The Cardholder must present a valid ID for validation purposes.

IV. Terms and Conditions

1. The Promo is open to all Security Bank Mastercard credit and debit cardholders (“Cardholder/s”) whose accounts are active, current, and in good* credit standing.
2. The Promo Period (Booking Period) is from June 1 to August 31, 2026.
3. The Stay Period is from June 1 to September 30, 2026.
4. Security Bank Cardholders are entitled to the following at Alino Hotel during the Promo Period:

5. Accommodation Terms and Conditions
   • To avail the Accommodation Promo, the Cardholder must reserve under the following contact channels:

   • The total amount of Cardholder’s transaction must be charged to their Security Bank Mastercard credit or debit card through a point-of-sale terminal at Alino Hotel upon check-in. The Cardholder must present a valid ID for validation purposes.
   • For cancellation and modification of booking, Alino Hotel or any affiliated establishments’ policy will be followed.
   • All incidental charges, not included in the exclusive discount/privileges, must be settled at Alino Hotel or any affiliated establishments where the charges were incurred.
   • Blackout dates may apply.
6. Dining Terms and Conditions
   • To avail the Dining Promo, the Cardholder must spend a minimum of PHP 3,000 with their Security Bank Mastercard credit or debit card through a point-of-sale terminal at Kutchara Restaurant within the Promo Period. The Cardholder must present a valid ID for validation purposes.
   • The maximum discount for the Dining Promo is PHP 1,000.
   • Dining Promo is valid for both in-house and walk-in guests, and is valid for dine-in guests only.
   • Cardholder must advise the restaurant staff that they will be using their participating Security Bank Mastercard credit card at Kutchara Restaurant within the Promo and Stay Period.
   • The Cardholder must be present and part of the dining party to be able to avail the discount. Proof of card ownership might be requested for verification.
7. The Promo is not transferable and is not convertible into cash or gift certificates.
8. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discounts, the Senior Citizen and Person with Disability can avail the promotional discount, or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
9. The Promo cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, upgrades, packages, or discounts at Alino Hotel.
10. The Promo does not include the service charge when computing for the discount.
11. In case of disputes related to this Promo, the decision of Alino Hotel and Security Bank Corporation shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by Security Bank Corporation.
12. Any dispute concerning the products availed with the Promo offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Alino Hotel with the concurrence of DTI.
13. Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Security Bank Mastercard credit and debit cards shall apply.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those with Security Bank Mastercard credit and debit cards which are not reported lost or stolen, whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraud, and those who have not violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing the Issuance and Use of Security Bank-issued credit and debit cards.
