III. Promo Mechanics

1. To avail the Promo, the Cardholder must use their eligible Security Bank credit card at any Anson’s branch nationwide.
2. The Promo is open to Security Bank credit (Principal and Supplementary) cardholders whose accounts are active, current, and in good* standing. The qualified cards are as follows:
• Gold Mastercard
• Next Titanium Mastercard
• Wave Mastercard
• Platinum Mastercard
• World Mastercard
• Cashback Platinum Mastercard

Security Bank Classic, Corporate, and Debit Mastercard are excluded from the promo.

3. Only in-store transactions made at any Anson’s branch nationwide via 0% ChargeLight Installment for up to 24 months or Charge Now, Pay Later are considered qualified for the Promo. Items offered at 0% Installment are at the discretion of Anson’s.
4. Upon meeting the minimum single-receipt purchase requirement, qualified cardholders shall be entitled to the corresponding free item. The freebie will be released together with the items purchased once all promo requirements are met.

6. The Promo cannot be availed in conjunction with other discount offers from Anson’s, unless otherwise stated.
7. Splitting of transactions for the purpose of availing multiple freebies is not allowed. 

IV. General Terms and Conditions

1. 0% ChargeLight Installment and Charge Now, Pay Later is subject to bank approval and is only valid if the monthly dues are paid in full.
2. The full amount of the 0% ChargeLight Installment and Charge Now, Pay Later transactions shall be automatically deducted from the cardholder’s available credit limit.
3. Payment deferral of 2 to 3 months for Charge Now, Pay Later transactions will vary depending on the account’s statement cutoff.
4. A single installment purchase transaction requires only one approval. Splitting into smaller transaction sizes and consequently requiring multiple transaction approvals will not be allowed.
5. If the cardholder subsequently disputes the very same transaction used to redeem the freebie, the cost of the redeemed reward shall be charged to the cardholder’s account. The cardholder shall be informed via email or phone call that the cost of the reward shall be charged to his account.
6. If there is any instance of fraud on the part of the cardholder with regards to the transaction used to redeem the freebie, the Bank reserves the right to charge the cost of the redeemed reward to the cardholder’s account, as well as other remedies available to it under the law.
7. The freebie is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise stated.
8. The cardholder should maintain their card account in good* credit standing for at least twelve (12) months from approval. Otherwise, the cost of the redeemed reward will be charged back to the cardholder’s account.
9. All queries or issues arising from this promotion will only be accepted within sixty (60) calendar days after the last day of the promo period, after which, Security Bank will no longer accommodate disputes and/or requests. For inquiries or disputes, the cardholder may call the Security Bank Customer Service hotline at +632 8887-9188 or email [email protected].
10. All questions or disputes regarding the cardholder’s eligibility for the promotion, redemption, coverage of dates and fulfillment, shall be resolved by Security Bank with the concurrence of DTI.
11. Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Security Bank credit cards shall apply.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those with Security Bank credit cards which are not reported lost or stolen, whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraud, and those who have not violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing the Issuance and Use of Security Bank-issued credit cards.
