III. Promo Mechanics

1. The Promo is open to Security Bank Platinum and World Mastercard credit cardholders whose accounts are active, current, and in good standing.
2. The Promo is not open to Security Bank Complete Cashback Platinum, Wave, Next, Classic, and Corporate Mastercard credit cardholders.
3. The Promo Period is from July 1 to August 31, 2026.
4. Blackout dates apply on regular and special non-working holidays.
5. Security Bank Cardholders are entitled to avail of the following offers within the Promo Period:

6. To avail the Promo, the Cardholder must advise the restaurant staff that they will be using their participating Security Bank Platinum or World Mastercard at the participating restaurants of VIVA Foods within the Promo Period.
7. The Promo can only be redeemed once per day, per unique Cardholder, for each single transaction at participating restaurants.
8. The Promo at Greyhound, Rossopomodoro, Du Hsiao Yueh, and Maple Tree House is valid for dine-in transactions only.
9. The Promo at Paper Moon is valid for dine-in and take-out (applicable for whole cakes only)
10. The Cardholder must be present and part of the dining party to be able to avail the discount. Proof of card ownership might be requested for verification.
11. A qualified transaction can get up to PHP2,500 discount.
12. The Promo is non-transferrable and non-convertible to or cash gift certificate nor applicable for installment transactions or cannot be exchanged for any other items.
13. Advance reservation/booking is recommended. For reservations or inquiries, you may contact participating restaurants of VIVA FOODS by visiting their official social media pages.
14. Splitting tables or a single transaction, whether using one card or two cards eligible for the Promo, to avail of multiple discounts is prohibited.
15. The Promo does not include the service charge and local taxes when computing for the discount.
16. All other fees pertaining to the transaction (e.g. service charge, taxes) will be shouldered by the Cardholder.
17. The Promo is not applicable on payments for banquet sales, private functions, and parties. Private Dining Room Consumable rate is not part of the promo.
18. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, in compliance to the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 (R.A. 9994) an Act Expanding Benefits and Privileges of Persons with Disability (PWD) (R.A. 10754), the senior citizen or PWD can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the said laws, whichever is higher, if applicable.
19. The Promo cannot be used in conjunction with ongoing in-house promotions of VIVA FOODS.
20. In case of disputes related to this Promo, the decision of VIVA FOODS and Security Bank Corporation shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by Security Bank Corporation.
21. Any dispute concerning the products availed with the Promo offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and VIVA FOODS with the concurrence of DTI.
22. Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Security Bank credit cards shall apply.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those with Security Bank Mastercard credit and debit cards which are not reported lost or stolen, whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraud, and those who have not violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing the Issuance and Use of Security Bank-issued credit and debit cards.
