Terms and Conditions

1. The Promo is open to all Security Bank Mastercard Credit and Debit cardholders whose accounts are active, current, and in good* credit standing.
2. Security Bank Cardholders are entitled to 30% off on published room rates, plus 10% off on Food and Beverage for in-house guests (who also availed the 30% off Security Bank Accommodation Promo) within the Promo Period at Two Seasons Coron Island Resort.

3. The ff. are the add-on rates and inclusions for the Accommodation Promo:
   

   Extra Person (10 years old and above) inclusive of breakfast and extra bed *Not all room types have provision for an extra bed set up	PHP5,490 per person per night nett.
   Extra Bed (Not allowed in the Island Tip, Sandbar Bungalow, Mangrove Casita and Forest Casita)	PHP1,220 per bed per night

4. Accommodation Terms and Conditions
   • The Promo Period (Booking Period) is from September 8, 2025 to August 30, 2026.
   • The Stay Period is until August 31, 2026.
   • Minimum of two (2) nights stay is required.
   • Discount will be applied before applicable taxes and service charges.
   • Advance reservation is required. For bookings and inquiries, Cardholders may call +63917 566 5811 or email [email protected] and follow the procedure below:
     • Send an email to Two Seasons Hotels and Resort at [email protected] and indicate preferred travel dates and guest details. Cardholder must also state that they are availing the offer in this Promo.
     • Two Seasons Hotel and Resorts reservation shall send an email for the availability and quotation for guest’s confirmation.
     • Once the Cardholder agrees to the offer, a Statement of Account with payment link and instructions will be sent via email.
     • Full payment via the payment link within the specified period is required to confirm the booking. Otherwise, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking.
     • Once full payment has been made, the hotel will send a confirmation voucher via e-mail.
     • The confirmation voucher and the qualified Security Bank credit or debit card used to settle the reservation must be presented upon check-in together with a government-issued ID of the cardholder for verification. Should the guest fail to present the said requirements, the current best rate will be applied and all the room inclusions under the card promo will be forfeited.
   • One-time rebooking is allowed. The date modification/rebooking must be done 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation.
   • Cancellations caused by fortuitous events, force majeure, government restrictions, can be rescheduled but not refunded. Rebooking is accepted within the stated travel validity for this Promo.
   • Booking is not transferable. The Cardholder must be one of the staying guests.
   • The full payment is required upon reservation and is non-refundable.
   • Two Seasons Hotel & Resorts reserves the right to allocate rooms under this Promo.
5. Dining Terms and Conditions
   • The Promo Period (Dining Period) is from September 8, 2025 to August 30, 2026.
   • To avail the Dining Promo, the Cardholder must advise the restaurant staff that they will be using their participating Security Bank Mastercard credit and debit card at participating food & beverage outlets of Two Seasons Hotel & Resorts within the Promo Period.
   • The Promo is applicable to in-house guests who also availed of the 30% off Security Bank Accommodation Promo.
   • The Cardholder must be present and part of the dining party to be able to avail the discount. Proof of card ownership might be requested for verification.
   • The Promo is applicable for dine-in transactions only.
   • Cardholders who are also checked in at the Two Seasons Hotel & Resorts property must settle the bill after they dine in. Offer cannot be applied when it’s charged to your hotel room.
   • The Promo is not applicable on payments for banquet sales, private functions, and parties. Private Dining Room Consumable rate is not part of the promo.
6. The Promo is not transferable and is not convertible into cash or gift certificates.
7. Blackout dates apply to holidays and long weekends including but not limited to:
   • December 20, 2025 to January 2, 2026
   • April 2-4, 2026 (Holy Week)
   • February 13-18, 2026 (Chinese New Year)
8. Only one (1) qualified card may be used per single-receipt transaction and only one Security Bank credit or debit card will be accepted per Cardholder per transaction even if they have more than one qualified card. The Promo is valid for single-receipt transactions only.
9. All incidental charges, not included in the exclusive discount/privileges, must be settled at the resort/hotel/restaurant or any affiliated establishments where the charges were incurred.
10. The Promo cannot be used in conjunction with ongoing promos, offers and discounts of Two Seasons Hotel & Resorts.
11. In case of disputes related to this Promo, the decision of Two Seasons Hotel & Resorts and Security Bank Corporation shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by Security Bank Corporation.
12. Any dispute concerning the products availed with the Promo offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Two Seasons Hotel & Resorts with the concurrence of DTI.
13. Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Security Bank Mastercard credit and debit cards shall apply.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those with Security Bank Mastercard credit cards which are not reported lost or stolen, whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraud, and those who have not violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing the Issuance and Use of Security Bank-issued credit cards.
