Terms and Conditions

1. The promo is open to all Security Bank credit and debit cardholders whose accounts are active, current, and in good credit standing. 
2. The Promo Period is from August 1, 2025 to July 31, 2026. 
3. Security Bank Cardholders are entitled to enjoy a 25% discount on their total bill at any Cold Stone Creamery branch within the Promo Period. 
4. To avail the Promo, the Cardholder must make a single-receipt purchase of at least PHP600 using their participating Security Bank credit or debit card at Cold Stone Creamery within the Promo Period. 
5. The Promo is applicable up to a maximum spend of PHP4,000 on a single receipt. Security Bank Cardholders can receive a discount of up to PHP1,000 for every single-receipt transaction. 
6. The Promo is not transferable and is not convertible into cash or gift certificates. 
7. A Cardholder is allowed only one (1) transaction and one (1) redemption per day. 
8. A single purchase transaction only requires one approval. Using multiple cards or splitting a single transaction into multiple transactions to receive multiple discounts/rewards are prohibited. 
9. All incidental charges, not included in the exclusive discount/privileges, must be settled at the restaurant. 
10. The Promo cannot be used in conjunction with ongoing promos, offers and discounts of Cold Stone Creamery. 
11. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, in compliance to the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 (R.A. 9994) an Act Expanding Benefits and Privileges of Persons with Disability (PWD) (R.A. 10754), the senior citizen or PWD can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the said laws, whichever is higher. 
12. In case of disputes related to this Promo, the decision of Cold Stone Creamery and Security Bank Corporation shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by Security Bank Corporation. 
13. Any dispute concerning the products availed with the Promo offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Cold Stone Creamery with the concurrence of DTI. 
14. Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Security Bank credit and debit cards shall apply. 

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those with Security Bank credit cards which are not reported lost or stolen, whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraud, and those who have not violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing the Issuance and Use of Security Bank-issued credit cards.
