Promo Mechanics

1. The Promo is open to all Security Bank credit (Principal and Supplementary) and debit cardholders whose accounts are active, current, and in good standing. The participating Security Bank cards are as follows:

2. The Promo Period is from October 15, 2025 to April 15, 2026.
3. Security Bank Cardholders are entitled to enjoy the following offers within the Promo Period.
   

   Offer

   20% OFF on total bill for a minimum spend of PHP1,500 at participating stores

4. To avail the Promo, the Cardholder must advise the restaurant staff that they will be using their participating Security Bank credit and debit card at Cinnabon within the Promo Period.
5. The Promo is valid for dine-in, take-out and pick up transactions only at the following participating stores:

6. Walk in customers will be accepted between allowed promo days.
7. Customers can avail the Promo with one single receipt only, in one card payment.
8. The Cardholder must be present and part of the dining party to be able to avail the discount. Proof of card ownership might be requested for verification.
9. The Promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items.
10. The Promo is not applicable on the following blackout dates:
    • Christmas – December 24-25, 2024
    • New Year – December 31,2024-January 1, 2025
11. Splitting tables or a single transaction, whether using one card or two cards eligible for the Promo, to avail of multiple discounts is prohibited.
12. The Promo does not include the service charge and local taxes when computing for the discount.
13. All other fees pertaining to the transaction (e.g. service charge, taxes) will be shouldered by the Cardholder.
14. The Promo is not applicable on payments for banquet sales, private functions, and parties. Private Dining Room Consumable rate is not part of the promo.
15. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, in compliance to the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 (R.A. 9994) an Act Expanding Benefits and Privileges of Persons with Disability (PWD) (R.A. 10754), the senior citizen or PWD can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the said laws, whichever is higher.
16. In case of disputes related to this Promo, the decision of Cinnabon and Security Bank Corporation shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by Security Bank Corporation.
17. Any dispute concerning the products availed with the Promo offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Cinnabon with the concurrence of DTI.
18. Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Security Bank credit and debit cards shall apply.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those with Security Bank credit cards which are not reported lost or stolen, whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraud, and those who have not violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing the Issuance and Use of Security Bank-issued credit cards.
