1. Promotion

1.1 Eligibility  

1.1.1 Promo is open to clients with any of the following Philippine peso denominated checking or savings account in active status, whether opened prior to or during the promo period. 

1.1.2 Eligible clients must be an individual retail client and the primary accountholder for joint account holders. 

1.1.3 Eligible clients must have an updated mobile number and email address with SBC. 

1.1.4 The following conditions are not qualified to participate in the promo: 

• Business/Corporate clients or accounts, trust accounts, “in trust for” accounts with a parent or guardian, foreign currency accounts, placement/investment accounts, and settlement accounts 
• Primary account holders of Philippine peso denominated checking or savings account that are below eighteen (18) years old 
• Customers with no valid emails and mobile numbers on records as there is no way for them to receive the marketing comms that SBC will send if they do not have valid emails and mobile numbers. Note that if client updates his record with valid email and/or mobile number, then they will be eligible for the promo. 
• Clients that did not consent to receiving marketing communications from the Bank (DNC-tagged clients). Note that if client requests to lift DNC-tagging, then they will be eligible for the promo. 
• Accounts with negative month-to-date average daily balance on the month prior to the campaign 
• Employees of Security Bank and its subsidiaries, as well as their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity 
• Clients tagged under the Negative File Information System (ENFIS tagged accounts) 
• Savings and/or checking accounts that are not Philippine peso denominated
• 1.2 How to Join the Raffle

1.2.1 Eligible clients are required to register and opt-in to the raffle promo first by simply clicking the registration/”Register Now” button that is seen in the electronic direct mail (EDM), app inbox or popup within the Security Bank app. After registration, client shall receive an email notification/app inbox confirming successful receipt of registration. 

• By registering, client agrees to the processing of his personal information for the purpose of joining this promo and any other ancillary services connected therewith.
• The landing page where the one-click registration button will lead to is purely informational only and will not request any information from client. 

1.2.2 After registration, eligible clients may deposit fresh funds and perform select/identified transactions as indicated in the promo notification. Only fresh funds deposited after registration will be considered in computing for the raffle entries. 

1.2.3 How to Earn Raffle Entries: There are multiple ways to earn raffle entries:  

New ways to earn raffle entries as stated above will be retroactive to registered clients since April 1, 2026. 

Bonus Raffle Entries: This will be computed on top of the standard raffle entries: 

1.2.4 Deadline for earning raffle entries is extended until January 31, 2027. 

1.2.5 The following deposit transaction types will be considered as fresh funds and will be eligible for this promo: 

• Fund transfers coming from non-SBC bank accounts 
• Cash or off-us check deposit through any SBC branch, cash acceptance machines, or automated teller machines that is cleared and posted within the top-up period 
• SBC payroll credits 

1.2.6 Debits initiated by the eligible registered clients, along with deposited and retained fresh funds, to ALL their existing active Philippine peso denominated checking and/or savings account/s with SBC will also be taken into consideration in computing the raffle entries. This means that if a client deposits fresh funds into one account but withdraws funds from another account, resulting in a decline in their total relationship CASA outstanding balance with SBC, this will impact the final computation of raffle entries. 

 1.2.7 Notifications containing the cumulative number of raffle entries will be sent monthly to registered clients through email and/or Viber/SMS within seven (7) banking days after the end of each month. 

• Clients who wish to participate should ensure that their contact information with SBC is complete and updated so they are able to properly receive notifications related to the promo. 

• Notifications directly received pertaining to the promo should not be forwarded to others. 

 1.3 Raffle Prizes 

1.3.1 Determination of winners through the raffle draw will be done via a private Zoom or Teams meeting with SBC personnel and DTI representative’s supervision and shall be scheduled accordingly: 

1.3.2 Claiming of Rewards 

• By opting in/registering to the promo, winners effectively authorize SBC to disclose and publish their names for promotional purposes and will be posted on the campaign website page without compensation and further prior notice. 
• The winners shall be notified by registered mail, email and/or SMS from the branch of account based on the details indicated in SBC records within fifteen (15) business days after the draw.  
• A client can only win once. If the name is drawn more than once, the winner must get the prize with a higher value. 
• To be able to claim the Giftaway prize:
  • Winner shall submit the signed and notarized quitclaim and waiver along with a valid identification.
  • Winner shall also provide a valid email address and mobile number where the Giftaway credits will be sent. The prize is transferrable based on the email address and mobile number to be submitted by winner.
  • Failure to submit abovementioned requirements within thirty (30) banking days will automatically result in forfeiture.
  • Winner will receive his prize via email address and mobile number submitted to SBC.
• To be able to claim the cash prize:
  • Winner shall submit the signed and notarized quitclaim and waiver along with a valid identification.
  • Winner shall also provide the SBC CASA where the cash prize will be credited and their tax identification number.
  • Failure to submit above mentioned requirements within thirty (30) banking days will automatically result in forfeiture.
  • Cash winnings shall be credited to the nominated SBC CASA of the winner within fifteen (15) banking days after the signed and notarized quitclaim and waiver is provided to the Bank.
  • Winner shall make sure that the nominated SBC CASA remains active for the reward to be credited. Otherwise, the reward will be forfeited.
• Note that prizes should be claimed within sixty (60) banking days from the receipt of notification from Security Bank or it will be forfeited in favor of Security Bank with prior approval of DTI.
• The Giftaway credits are not convertible to cash or any other instruments/products. It is transferrable based on the email address and mobile number to be submitted by winner.
• Terms and conditions governing the issuance and redemption of Giftaway vouchers shall apply https://giftaway.ph/terms 
• Other expenses on top of the declared inclusions shall be shouldered by the winner. 
• For travel prizes, completion of requirements for visa application and other required travel documentation shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.  
• The roundtrip travel tickets are to be provided by the Giftaway merchant partner, subject to their respective terms and conditions. The third party provided will be responsible for any matters arising from or in connection with the prizes, services, and/or information they provide in relation to which Security Bank will have no liability whatsoever. Any inquiry or complaint regarding the prices, services, and/or information should be directed to the third-party provider. Security Bank will not be held liable for the quality and availability of the prizes, services, or information provided by the third-party provider, and excludes liability in connection with the promotion once the winner/s enjoys any benefit related to the promotion to the full extent permitted by law. 
• Applicable taxes (i.e., 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.00) on the raffle prizes shall be shouldered by SBC.

2. General  

2.1 Clients who participate in this Promo are responsible for reviewing its terms and conditions, along with those related to account opening and maintenance, data privacy, and other deposit products, services, and facilities. They also acknowledge that these terms and conditions may be subject to future amendments. 

2.2 All disputes related to this Promo will only be entertained if submitted within thirty (30) business days after Feb 14, 2027 through official Security Bank channels. 

2.3 All questions and disputes with respect to the Promo shall be resolved solely by the Bank with the concurrence of DTI, and any decision shall be binding and conclusive on the qualified clients.   

2.4 Security Bank will never ask for their OTP, CVC, and/or PIN via call, text, or email in relation to this promo.  

2.5 Terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of the Deposit Accounts shall apply.   

2.6 Deposits are insured by PDIC up to ₱1 Million per depositor.

For joint accounts, only the primary accountholder is eligible. Where none is designated in the system or where there are multiple primary accountholders assigned, the Depositor who has been a client of Security Bank the longest, as reflected in the system, shall earn the reward.

Yes, only primary account holders are eligible for the promo. In the case that a client BBN is linked to multiple accounts, only the eligible accounts where he is the primary accountholder will be counted in the promo.  

Sample Scenario:   

Client is linked to 3 CASA accounts  

Money Builder – primary accountholder  

All Access – secondary accountholder  

Easy Savings – secondary accountholder  

  Only the Money Builder account will be counted because this is the only eligible CASA that he is the primary accountholder.

Step 3: There are multiple ways to earn raffle entries:  

Standard Raffle Entries 

*New ways earn to raffle entries as stated above will be retroactive to registered clients since April 1, 2026.   

Bonus Raffle Entries: This will be computed on top of the standard raffle entries: 

*Bonus raffle entries are not cumulative. If a client qualifies for more than one bonus fresh funds tier, only the highest applicable bonus entry award will be granted.

The following deposit transaction types will be considered as fresh funds and will be eligible for this promo: 

• Fund transfers coming from non-SBC bank accounts
• Cash or off-us check deposit through any SBC branch, cash acceptance machines, or automated teller machines that is cleared and posted within the covered period 
• SBC payroll credits (for SBC payroll accounts) 

• Clients should meet the required minimum increase in month-to-date outstanding balance by the end of each calendar month within the covered period. 
• Increase in ending OB during the current calendar month vs ending OB in the previous month is equal to or higher than the promo requirement 
  • The deposit is cleared within the covered period. 
  • Note that ending OB is affected by both fresh funds (inflows) and outflows 

Sample Non-Qualifying Scenario: 

• Covered Period:  September 1-30, 2026 

This DOES NOT qualify for any raffle entries because the fresh funds deposit was withdrawn before the end of the covered period, resulting in no net increase in outstanding balance. 

Sample Eligible Scenario: 

Scenario 1: 

• Covered Period:  September 1-30, 2026 

This QUALIFIES client for 1 raffle entry. 

• PHP 2,500 Deposit = 1 raffle entry 

Scenario 2: 

• Covered Period:  October 1-31, 2026 

 This QUALIFIES client for 4,800 raffle entries. 

• Fresh Funds Deposit: PHP 3,000,000 
• Base Entries:
  • PHP 3,000,000 ÷ PHP 5,000 = 600 qualifying units
  • 600 × 3 entries = 1,800 entries
• Bonus Entries:
  • Deposit PHP 3,000,000 and retain until September 30, 2026 = 3,000 entries
• Base Entries + Bonus Entries
  • 1,800 + 3,000 = 4,800 entries

Raffle entries may also be earned for Bills Payment or QRPH done via the all-new Security Bank App or through select Debit Card payments. 

Sample Non-Qualifying Scenario:  

• Transaction Period: September 1–30, 2026 
• Raffle Draw: October 14, 2026 

This DOES NOT qualify client raffle entries because: 

• Total Bills Payment for the month is only PHP 1,400, which is below the minimum PHP 1,500 requirement. 

• Total QRPH transactions amount to PHP 450, which is below the minimum PHP 500 requirement. 

Sample Eligible Scenario: 

Transaction Period: September 1-30, 2026 

Raffle Draw October 14, 2026 

This QUALIFIES client for 2 raffle entries,

• Minimum of PHP 1,500 Bills Payment = 1 raffle entry 

• Minimum of PHP 500 QR PH Payment = 1 raffle entry

Kindly ensure that your incremental MTD ADB (Average daily balance) for each retention month meets the promo requirement.  

How to compute for MTD ADB:  

*MTD ADB is the sum of the daily end-of-day balances of the account for the month divided by the number of calendar days in that specific month. The MTD ADB is computed based on the full number of days in the month (calendar days).   

MTD ADB = (Day 1 ending balance + …+ Day 30 or 31 ending balance)  / (Number of days in the month (e.g., 30 or 31 days)  

Sample Scenario 1: Minimum Deposit = PHP 2,500

• Client registers and covered for the month of September
• Minimum deposit requirement: PHP 2,500 

(A) End of day outstanding balance as of August 31, 2026: PHP 50,000 

(B) Total Increase in September OB: PHP 2,500 

(C=A+B) End of day outstanding balance as of September 30, 2026: PHP 52,500 

Client needs to retain PHP 52,500 in ADB until September 30, 2026 to qualify for a raffle entry for the October 14, 2026 raffle draw. 

Sample Scenario 2: Deposit = PHP 3,000,000 during bonus entry period

• Client registers and covered for the month of October
• Covered period for bonus raffle draw: October 1-31, 2026 
• Retention Period: December 31, 2026

(A) End of day outstanding balance as of November 30, 2026: PHP 50,000 

(B) Total Increase in October OB: PHP 3,000,000 

(C=A+B) End of day outstanding balance as of October 31, 2026: PHP 3,050,000 

Client needs to retain PHP 3,050,000 in ADB until December 31, 2026 to qualify for raffle entries for the January 14, 2027 raffle draw.

Note that debits initiated by the eligible registered clients, along with deposited and retained fresh funds, to ALL their existing active Philippine peso denominated checking and/or savings account/s with SBC will be taken into consideration in computing the raffle entries. This means that if a client deposits fresh funds into one account but withdraws funds from another account, resulting in a decline in their total relationship CASA outstanding balance with SBC, this will impact the final computation of raffle entries.

If the fresh funds deposited within the Covered Period is not maintained throughout the Covered Period, the promo requirements are not met.  Thus, clients will not earn any raffle entries and will be disqualified from the raffle draws.

Each client may only win once during the promo period. However, the more raffle entries a client earns, the higher their chances of being selected as a winner.

Yes. Deposits of ₱2,500–₱4,999 are eligible for 1 raffle entry under the enhanced promo mechanics. This benefit is applied retroactively to registered clients starting April 1, 2026, provided the deposit consists of qualified fresh funds, was made after promo registration, and was retained within the applicable covered period.

• You will be notified of the following: 
  • Nudges that you need to make the required deposits to start earning raffle entries 
  • Monthly notifications on the cumulative number of raffle entries earned that will be sent within seven (7) banking days after the end of each calendar month
