Promo Mechanics
1. To qualify in the promo, the following conditions must be met:
- Client should be non-individual
- Account is enrolled in Auto-Credit Payment (ACP), InstaPay, PESONet, and e-Gov via DigiBanker
- Account is enrolled in CheckWrite System (CWS)
- ACP, InstaPay, PESONet, and e-Gov via DigiBanker and CWS transactions must be made during the promo period
Note: Existing Cash Management Services (CMS) clients with Transfers modules (Auto-Credit Payment, InstaPay, and PESONet), CWS and e-Gov can also enjoy the waived fees and/or ADB requirement. Existing corporate clients with other account types such as but not limited to AIOCA, Checkright, etc. are also included in the promo.

2. Enrollment of qualified accounts to Digibanker modules and CWS shall follow existing policies and procedures.

 3. All new account openings are subject to existing policies and procedures, including, but not limited to the following:
- Accounts opened during the promo period will be subject to existing KYC/account opening policies.
- Accounts closed within thirty (30) days from account opening will be subject to corresponding early closure penalty fees.
- Existing below maintaining balance charges corresponding to the BusinessPlus account shall be applied.
4. All questions and disputes with respect to any of the promos under this campaign shall be resolved solely by the Bank, and any decision shall be considered final and irrevocable.
