I. Promo Offer

Enjoy up to 50% OFF on lunch and dinner buffet at HEAT, Edsa Shangri-La using your Security Bank credit or debit card. Offer vary per card type.

II. Promo Period 

The Promo Period is from September 7 to October 31, 2026, and is valid during lunch from Monday to Friday and dinner from Monday to Wednesday.

III. Promo Mechanics

1. The Promo is open to the following Security Bank credit (Principal and Supplementary) cardholders whose accounts are active, current, and in good* standing:
   • Platinum Mastercard
   • World Mastercard
   • Gold Mastercard
   • Next Mastercard
   • Wave Mastercard
   • Complete Cashback Platinum Mastercard
   • Debit Mastercard

   Note: Classic and Corporate Mastercard are excluded from the promo.

2. To avail the Promo, the Cardholder must advise the restaurant staff that they will be using their eligible Security Bank card at HEAT, Edsa Shangri-La within the Promo Period.
3. The exclusive offer is not valid for exclusive event.

5. To avail of the promo, the cardholder must use their valid Security Bank card to pay for their single-receipt bill inclusive government taxes and service charge.
6. The exclusive offer applies to one (1) valid Security Bank card per reservation, per table, per transaction.
7. All paid orders are considered final. Cancellations and refund requests will not be entertained.
8. HEAT, Edsa Shangri-La reserve the right to refuse redemption of the offer by the cardholder if the cardholder does not adhere to the promo mechanics.
9. Offer is not valid in conjunction with other ongoing promotions and other privilege discounts at HEAT, Edsa Shangri-La such as VIP/Membership discount, complimentary vouchers, rewards redemption vouchers, non-transferable and not convertible to cash, gift certificates or any item from the menu.
10. The Promo is valid for dine-in transactions only.
11. The Cardholder must be present and part of the dining party to be able to avail the discount. Proof of card ownership might be requested for verification.
12. Splitting tables or a single transaction, whether using one card or two cards eligible for the Promo, to avail of multiple discounts is prohibited.
13. The Promo is not transferable and is not convertible into cash or gift certificates.

IV. General Terms and Conditions

1. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, in compliance to the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 (R.A. 9994) an Act Expanding Benefits and Privileges of Persons with Disability (PWD) (R.A. 10754), the senior citizen or PWD can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the said laws, whichever is higher. Regardless of the discount availed, the VAT exemption on personal consumption by the Senior Citizen or PWD shall still apply.
2. In case of disputes related to this Promo, the decision of Edsa Shangri-La and Security Bank Corporation shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by Security Bank Corporation.
3. Any dispute concerning the products availed with the Promo offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Edsa Shangri-La with the concurrence of DTI.
4. All queries or issues arising from this promotion will only be accepted within sixty (60) calendar days after the last day of the promo period, after which, Security Bank will no longer accommodate disputes and/or requests. 5. Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Security Bank credit and debit cards shall apply.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those with Security Bank credit cards which are not reported lost or stolen, whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraud, and those who have not violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing the Issuance and Use of Security Bank-issued credit cards.
