I. Promo Offer

Exclusions: Set menu orders, drinks and beverages

II. Promo Period

The Promo runs from July 1 to August 31, 2026, and is available on weekdays only (Monday to Friday).

III. Promo Mechanics

1. The Promo is open to the following Security Bank credit (Principal and Supplementary) cardholders whose accounts are active, current, and in good standing:
   • Platinum Mastercard
   • World Mastercard
   • Gold Mastercard
   • Complete Cashback Platinum Mastercard
   • Next Mastercard
   • Wave Mastercard
   • Debit Mastercard

   Note: Classic and Corporate Mastercard are excluded from the promo.

2. To avail the Promo, the Cardholder must advise the restaurant staff that they will be using their eligible Security Bank card at Melo’s Steakhouse within the Promo Period.
3. A minimum spend of PHP 5,000 is required to avail of the Promo. The discount is applicable only up to a maximum spend of PHP 10,000 per transaction. Any amount in excess thereof shall be charged in full to the Cardholder.
4. The Promo can be availed once per day and is valid for dine-in transactions only.
5. The 50% off promotion for Security Bank Platinum and World Mastercard credit cards and the 20% off for other Security Bank credit and debit cards are exclusive offers that cannot be combined to avail a higher discount. Each card type’s discount is distinct and must be used separately.
6. The Promo excludes the service charge when computing for the discount.
7. The Cardholder must be present and part of the dining party to be able to avail the discount. Proof of card ownership might be requested for verification.
8. Splitting tables or a single transaction, whether using one card or two cards eligible for the Promo, to avail of multiple discounts is prohibited.
9. The Promo is not transferable and is not convertible into cash or gift certificates.
10. The Promo is not valid on weekends and on regular and special non-working holidays (August 21 and 31, 2026).

12. The Promo does not include the service charge and local taxes when computing for the discount.
13. All other fees pertaining to the transaction (e.g. service charge, taxes) will be shouldered by the Cardholder.
14. The Promo is not applicable on payments for banquet sales, private functions, and parties. Private Dining Room Consumable rate is not part of the promo.
15. The Promo cannot be used in conjunction with ongoing in-house promotions Melo’s Steakhouse.

IV. Terms and Conditions

1. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, in compliance to the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 (R.A. 9994) an Act Expanding Benefits and Privileges of Persons with Disability (PWD) (R.A. 10754), the senior citizen or PWD can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the said laws, whichever is higher.
2. In case of disputes related to this Promo, the decision of Melo’s Steakhouse and Security Bank Corporation shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by Security Bank Corporation.
3. Any dispute concerning the products availed with the Promo offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Melo’s Steakhouse with the concurrence of DTI.
4. All queries or issues arising from this promotion will only be accepted within sixty (60) calendar days after the last day of the promo period, after which, Security Bank will no longer accommodate disputes and/or requests. 5. Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Security Bank credit and debit cards shall apply.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those with Security Bank Mastercard credit and debit cards which are not reported lost or stolen, whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraud, and those who have not violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing the Issuance and Use of Security Bank-issued credit and debit cards.
