I. Promo Offer

Note: Classic, Next, Wave, Gold, Complete Cashback Platinum, Corporate, and Debit Mastercard are excluded from the promo.

The Promo is open to the following Security Bank credit (Principal and Supplementary) cardholders whose accounts are active,
current, and in good standing:

• Platinum Mastercard
• World Mastercard

  Note: Classic, Next, Wave, Gold Complete Cashback Platinum, Corporate, and Debit Mastercard are excluded from the promo.

1. To avail the Promo, the Cardholder must advise the restaurant staff that they will be using their eligible Security Bank
   credit card at participating Grand Hyatt Manila restaurants within the Promo Period.

3. The Promo is not applicable on payments for banquet sales, private functions, and parties.
4. A down payment is required to guarantee seats for a group of 10 pax and above. The Grand Hyatt Manila team will get in touch with the cardholders for the required deposit amount.
5. The Cardholder must settle the single-receipt bill inclusive government taxes and service charge using a valid Security Bank World or Platinum credit card.
6. The exclusive offer applies to one (1) valid Security Bank credit card per reservation, per table, per transaction.
7. The Promo can be availed once per day and is valid for dine-in transactions only.
8. Splitting tables or a single transaction, whether using one card or two cards eligible for the Promo, to avail of multiple discounts is prohibited.
9. All paid orders are considered final. Cancellations and refund requests will not be entertained.
10. Grand Hyatt Manila reserve the right to refuse redemption of the offer by the cardholder if the cardholder does not adhere to the promo mechanics.
11. Offer is not valid in conjunction with other ongoing promotions and other privilege discounts at Grand Hyatt Manila such as VIP/Membership discount, complimentary vouchers, rewards redemption vouchers, non-transferable and not convertible to cash, gift certificates or any item from the menu.
12. World of Hyatt members are not eligible to redeem points for this special offer.
13. The Cardholder must be present and part of the dining party to be able to avail the discount. Proof of card ownership might be requested for verification.
14. The Promo is not transferable and is not convertible into cash or gift certificates.

IV. Terms and Conditions

1. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, in compliance to the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 (R.A. 9994) an Act Expanding Benefits and Privileges of Persons with Disability (PWD) (R.A. 10754), the senior citizen or PWD can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the said laws, whichever is higher.
2. In case of disputes related to this Promo, the decision of Grand Hyatt Manila and Security Bank Corporation shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by Security Bank Corporation.
3. Any dispute concerning the products availed with the Promo offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Grand Hyatt Manila with the concurrence of DTI.
4. All queries or issues arising from this promotion will only be accepted within sixty (60) calendar days after the last day of the promo period, after which, Security Bank will no longer accommodate disputes and/or requests. 5. Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Security Bank Mastercard credit cards shall apply.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those with Security Bank Mastercard credit and debit cards which are not reported lost or stolen, whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraud, and those who have not violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing the Issuance and Use of Security Bank-issued credit and debit cards.
