III. Promo Mechanics
1. The promo is open to all Security Bank Mastercard credit and debit cardholders whose accounts are active, current, and in good credit standing.
2. To avail the Promo, the Cardholder must present and use their participating Security Bank Mastercard credit or debit card at RM-16 within the Promo Period.
3. The Promo does not include the service charge when computing for the discount.
4. The Promo is not applicable on payments for banquet sales, private functions, and parties.
5. The Promo is not transferable and is not convertible into cash or gift certificates.

7. Splitting tables or a single transaction, whether using one card or two cards eligible for the Promo, to avail of multiple discounts is prohibited.
8. All incidental charges, not included in the exclusive discount/privileges, must be settled at the restaurant.
9. The Promo cannot be used in conjunction with ongoing promos, offers and discounts of RM-16.
IV. General Terms and Conditions
1. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, in compliance to the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 (R.A. 9994) an Act Expanding Benefits and Privileges of Persons with Disability (PWD) (R.A. 10754), the senior citizen or PWD can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the said laws, whichever is higher.
2. In case of disputes related to this Promo, the decision of RM-16 and Security Bank Corporation shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by Security Bank Corporation.
3. Any dispute concerning the products availed with the Promo offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and RM-16 with the concurrence of DTI.
4. All queries or issues arising from this promotion will only be accepted within sixty (60) calendar days after the last day of the promo period, after which, Security Bank will no longer accommodate disputes and/or requests. 5. Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Security Bank Mastercard credit and debit cards shall apply.
*Cardholders in good credit standing are those with Security Bank Mastercard credit cards which are not reported lost or stolen, whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraud, and those who have not violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing the Issuance and Use of Security Bank-issued credit cards.
