- How to Avail

• The Cardholder must charge the total amount of transaction to their Security Bank debit or credit card through a point-of-sale terminal at the respective Red Planet Hotel property they have a booking.
• If payment is made using a non-Security Bank card, the booking shall be subject to the prevailing walk-in rate.
• Cardholders must be present during check-in and present the card used for booking along with a valid government-issued ID. Should the cardholder or guest fail to present the documents required, the promo or discount will not apply, and the applicable published rate without the discount will apply.

- The Promo is open to all Security Bank Mastercard credit and debit cardholders (“Cardholder/s”) whose accounts are active, current, and in good* credit standing.
- The Promo Period (Booking Period) is from June 1 to August 31, 2026.
- The Stay Period is from June 1 to December 30, 2026.

- The Promo is valid exclusively for bookings made through the Reservations Department of Red Planet Hotels.
- The Promo is NOT valid for website or app bookings.
- Bookings under this Promo are non-refundable and non-modifiable.
- Cancellations and changes to booking date are not allowed. Rebooking or cancellation outside the stated Promo Booking and Stay Periods will void the discounted rate and the prevailing rate may apply.
- All incidental charges, not included in the exclusive discount/privileges, must be settled at Red Planet Hotels where the booking is made or any affiliated establishments where the charges were incurred.
- Blackout dates may apply, including peak seasons, holidays, and special events.
- The Promo is non-transferable, non-refundable, and has no cash value.
- The promo cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotions, discounts, or special offers, except RED Membership tier discounts.
- The Promo does not apply to Family Rooms unless otherwise stated.
- Published rates are inclusive of applicable taxes and service charges.
- Charges for extra persons, meals, transportation, and other optional services are not included and will be charged separately.
- In the purchase of good and services which are on promotional discounts, the Senior Citizen and Person with Disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
- In case of disputes related to this Promo, the decision of Red Planet Hotels and Security Bank Corporation shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by Security Bank Corporation.
- Any dispute concerning the products availed with the Promo offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Red Planet Hotels with the concurrence of DTI.
- All bookings remain subject to Red Planet Hotel’s Standard Terms and Conditions.
- Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Security Bank Mastercard credit and debit cards shall apply.
*Cardholders in good credit standing are those with Security Bank Mastercard credit and debit cards which are not reported lost or stolen, whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraud, and those who have not violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing the Issuance and Use of Security Bank-issued credit and debit cards.
