Terms and Conditions: 

1. The Promo is open to all Principal and Supplementary Cardholders (“Cardholder”) whose Cards are active and in good credit standing, and with available Credit Limit at the time of purchase. Below are the qualified Security Bank credit cards for the promo. 
   
   • Gold Mastercard 
   • Next Mastercard 
   • Wave Mastercard 
   • Platinum Mastercard 
   • World Mastercard 
     Classic, Complete Cashback Platinum Mastercard, Corporate Mastercard and Security Bank Debit Mastercard are excluded from the promo.  
     
2. The promo is valid from April 15-19 and April 30-May3, 2026. 
3. Credit cardholders can avail of the following offers at any participating Robinsons Department Stores:

4. Qualified cardholder may redeem once for a straight transaction and once for an installment transaction per promo duration. 
5. The redemption process for this campaign will be as follows: 
   
   • The eGC code will be sent to the qualified cardholder’s registered mobile number within 30 banking days after the end of the promo period. 
     -The cardholder must visit the Security Bank’s official website and search for Robinsons Dept. Store Promo 
   • To redeem, the cardholder must click the redemption button, and the cardholder needs to provide the unique eGC code (10-character key) sent via Giftaway. 
   • The cardholder must choose from the list of merchants and click on the redeem button to claim the eGC. eGC Terms and Conditions shall be provided per merchant. 
6. Splitting transactions is prohibited and shall not be allowed for the promo. 
7. A single purchase transaction requires only one approval. Splitting into smaller transaction sizes and consequently requiring multiple transaction approvals to get multiple discounts will not be allowed.  

8. 0% ChargeLight Installment is subject to bank approval and is only valid if the monthly dues are paid in full.  

9. The full amount of 0% ChargeLight Installment transaction shall be automatically deducted from the cardholders’ available credit limit.  

10. Charge Now, Pay Later transactions are not included in the promo. 

11. Should a cardholder fail to receive the SMS with eGC, the cardholder must inform Security Bank and update his/her nominated mobile number through Customer Contact Center Hotline at +632 8887-9188 for them to receive the eGC. 

12. Security Bank may not replace a redeemed eGC due to failure of cardholder to update his/her mobile number.  

13. If the cardholder subsequently disputes the very same transaction which he used for the redemption of the eGC the cost of the eGC shall be charged to the cardholder’s account. The cardholder shall be informed via email or phone call that the cost of the item redeemed shall be charged to his account. 

14. The eGC is non– transferrable, not convertible to cash, non-refundable, and not replaceable when lost, and is not for sale. Lost or deleted codes may be requested subject to validation by Security Bank in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Promo pertaining to redemption and use.  

15. The cardholder should maintain his/her card account in good** credit standing for at least 12 months from approval. Otherwise, the cost of the redemption will be charged back to the cardholder’s account. 
16. All queries or issues arising from this promotion will only be accepted within sixty (60) calendar days after the last day of the promo period, after which, Security Bank will no longer accommodate disputes and/or requests.

18. All terms and conditions relating to the eGC and its use as indicated in the Giftaway website shall apply. 
19. Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Security Bank Mastercards shall apply.  

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those with Security Bank MasterCard credit cards which are not reported lost or stolen, whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraud, and those who have not violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing the Issuance and Use of Security Bank-issued credit cards.
