Terms and Conditions
- The Promo is open to all Security Bank Mastercard credit cardholders (“Cardholder/s”) whose accounts are active, current, and in good* credit standing.
- The Promo Period (Booking Period) is from March 20 to October 28, 2026.
- The Stay Period is from March 20 to October 29, 2026.
- Security Bank Cardholders are entitled to the following at The Lake Hotel Tagaytay during the Promo Period:
- Accommodation: 40% off on rooms for weekday stays
- Accommodation: 30% off on rooms for weekend stays
- Dining: 20% off at Al Dente by The Lake with a minimum spend of PHP2,000 – Offer is open only to Cardholders who booked through the Accommodation Offer(s) with their Security Bank credit card
- Accommodation Terms and Conditions
- To avail the Accommodation Promo, the Cardholder must charge the total amount of transaction to their Security Bank Mastercard credit card through a point-of-sale terminal at The Lake Hotel Tagaytay within the Promo Period. The Cardholder must present a valid ID for validation purposes.
- For cancellation and modification of booking, The Lake Hotel Tagaytay or any affiliated establishments’ policy will be followed.
- All incidental charges, not included in the exclusive discount/privileges, must be settled at the resort/hotel or any affiliated establishments where the charges were incurred.
- Blackout dates apply.
- The stay includes:
- Free breakfast for Two
- 24-hour front desk assistance
- Free access to indoor and outdoor pool
- Unlimited Wi-Fi access
- Free access to fitness center, game room, and kids play area
- Free car parking
- Free stay and breakfast for kids 5 years old and below
- Dining Terms and Conditions
- To avail the Dining Promo, the Cardholder must be an in-house guest who have booked through the Accommodation Promo and spend a minimum of PHP2,000 with their Security Bank Mastercard credit card through a point-of-sale terminal at Al Dente by The Lake within the Promo Period. The Cardholder must present a valid ID for validation purposes.
- Dining Promo is exclusive for in-house guests and dine-in only.
- Cardholder must advise the restaurant staff that they will be using their participating Security Bank Mastercard credit card at Al Dente by The Lake within the Promo and Stay Period.
- The Cardholder must be present and part of the dining party to be able to avail the discount. Proof of card ownership might be requested for verification.
- The Promo is not transferable and is not convertible into cash or gift certificates.
- Promo Offers are not applicable for online booking.

- In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discounts, the Senior Citizen and Person with Disability can avail the promotional discount, or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
- The Promo cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, upgrades, packages, or discounts at The Lake Hotel Tagaytay.
- The Promo does not include the service charge when computing for the discount.
- In case of disputes related to this Promo, the decision of The Lake Hotel Tagaytay and Security Bank Corporation shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by Security Bank Corporation.
- Any dispute concerning the products availed with the Promo offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and The Lake Hotel Tagaytay with the concurrence of DTI.
- Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Security Bank Mastercard credit cards shall apply.
*Cardholders in good credit standing are those with Security Bank Mastercard credit cards which are not reported lost or stolen, whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraud, and those who have not violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing the Issuance and Use of Security Bank-issued credit cards.
