Terms and Conditions

1. The Promo is open to all Security Bank Mastercard Credit and Debit cardholders whose accounts are active, current, and in good* credit standing. 
2. Security Bank cardholders are entitled to enjoy the following offers within the Promo period. 
   • Accommodation Promo: 50% off on room accommodation based on published rates 
   • Dining Promo: 10% off on à la carte dining menu at Charlie’s All-Day Dining for a minimum spend of PHP 1,000 per single-receipt transaction. 
3. Accommodation Terms and Conditions 
   • The Promo Period is from October 15, 2025 to October 14, 2026.
   • The Stay Period is from October 15, 2025 to October 15, 2026. 
   • To avail the Accommodation Promo, the Cardholder must do the ff: 
     • Call or email Charlie’s El Nido to book their stay through the ff contact channels:

     • Cardholder must advise the staff that they will be using their participating Security Bank credit or debit card within the Promo Period. 
     • Pay the reservation fee or full amount online using the payment link provided by the resort/hotel using their participating Security Bank credit or debit card at Charlie’s El Nido within the Promo Period. 
     • Promo code or straight discount link is not applicable on this since, discounted rates offer will be given upon inquiry of the customer. 
   • Advance reservation and pre-payment, non-refundable and non-cancellable. 
   • For cancellation and modification of booking, Charlie’s El Nido or any affiliated establishments policy will be followed. 
   • Rebooking is valid within Stay Period. 
   • All incidental charges, not included in the exclusive discount/privileges, must be settled at the re- sort/hotel or any affiliated establishments where the charges were incurred. 
   • The Promo is not applicable on the following blackout dates: 
     • Holiday Season: December 15, 2025 to January 10, 2026 
     • Other Philippine declared holidays 
4. Dining Terms and Conditions
   • The Promo Period is from October 15, 2025 to October 14, 2026.
   • To avail the Dining Promo, the Cardholder must advise the restaurant staff that they will be using their participating Security Bank Mastercard credit and debit card at participating establishments of Charlie’s El Nido within the Promo Period.
   • Onsite POS Terminal will be available for payment
   • The Promo is applicable to both check-in and outside guests.
   • The Cardholder must be present and part of the dining party to be able to avail the discount. Proof of card ownership might be requested for verification.
   • To qualify for the Dining Promo, the Cardholder must meet the minimum spend requirement of PHP1,000.00.
   • The Promo is applicable for both dine-in and take-out transactions.
   • Cardholders who are also checked in at Charlie’s El Nido must settle the bill after they dine in. Offer cannot be applied when it’s charged to your hotel room.
   • The Promo is not applicable on payments for banquet sales, private functions, and parties. Private Dining Room Consumable rate is not part of the promo.
5. The Promo is not transferable and is not convertible into cash or gift certificates. 
6. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discounts, the Senior Citizen and Person with Disability can avail the promotional discount, or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
7. The Promo cannot be used in conjunction with ongoing promos, offers and discounts of Charlie’s El Nido.
8. In case of disputes related to this Promo, the decision of Charlie’s El Nido and Security Bank Corporation shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by Security Bank Corporation.
9. Any dispute concerning the products availed with the Promo offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Charlie’s El Nido with the concurrence of DTI.
10. Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Security Bank Mastercard credit and debit cards shall apply.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those with Security Bank Mastercard credit cards which are not reported lost or stolen, whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraud, and those who have not violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing the Issuance and Use of Security Bank-issued credit cards
