All Security Bank Classic, Gold, Platinum or World Rewards credit cardholders can register in BetterBanking Rewards to view and redeem all their earned points for exciting rewards.

If you have both Rewards and a Complete Cashback Platinum card, you may directly register via BetterBanking Rewards using your Rewards Card.

You may redeem using your Rewards card and view your rebates history of your Complete Cashback Platinum.

You can register to BetterBanking Rewards in 4 easy steps:

1. Visit our BetterBanking Rewards page and click ‘Register your credit card’
2. Enter your credit card number and click ‘Continue’.
3. Enter the One-Time Passcode (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number then click ‘Continue’.
4. Enter your email address and nominate a password for your log-in credentials then ‘Submit’.

Please note that only primary cardholders can register to BetterBanking Rewards. If you have multiple credit cards under your account, they will automatically reflect on your dashboard upon successful registration and log-in.

Yes, you can redeem multiple units of an item as long as you have enough rewards points.

You can redeem exciting rewards with these easy steps:

1. Log-in to BetterBanking Rewards then select ‘Redeem Rewards’.
2. Browse our Rewards Catalogue and select your preferred reward. Once selected, enter your desired quantity then click ‘Add to Cart’. Please make sure you have enough rewards points for the items you will redeem.
3. Review all the items in your Cart before you check out, then select ‘Continue’ then ‘Redeem’ to redeem your selected rewards*.
4. Wait for a confirmation email to be sent to your registered email address for the complete information on your redemption.

*eGC redemptions will be sent to the registered mobile number in our records, while reward items will be delivered to your registered address.

All Security Bank Complete Cashback Platinum credit cardholders can register in BetterBanking Rewards to view and track all your credited cash rebates.

BetterBanking Rewards lets you have a complete consolidated view of all your credited cash rebates from various billing cycles. However, if you just want to see your latest savings from your most recent billing cycle, you can also see this in your monthly electronic Statement of Account (eSOA).

To view your accumulated rebates in BetterBanking Rewards, please follow the steps below:

1. Log-in to BetterBanking Rewards then select ‘My Rebates’
2. Filter out your preferred time period then select ‘View History’

You will be able to see your total rebates per month.

You can see our ongoing promos and exclusive offers when you scroll down the page upon logging in BetterBanking Rewards. Choose and select promos you’re interested in availing by clicking ‘Learn More’.
