The company was incorporated on January 13, 2014 . It is primarily engaged in the operating lease business, concentrating mainly on automotive vehicles, computers and other IT equipment, materials handling equipment, manufacturing and food processing equipment, and the like. SBRC has been tapped by CATS MOTORS INC., the principal dealer of Mercedes Benz locally, to offer operating lease options for the acquisition and use of Mercedes Benz vehicles. In February 2014, the partnership was formalized via a Memorandum of Agreement between both parties. SB Rental currently holds office at the Security Bank Center, 6776 Ayala Avenue, Makati City.
