Xurpas Inc. (X) is one of the largest technology companies in the Philippines. They create and develop digital products and services for mobile-end consumers, proprietary platforms for mobile operators and digital ad campaigns for large corporates.
In 2014, Xurpas chose Security Bank by hiring SB Capital as the issue manager and lead underwriter for their Initial Public Offering (IPO) which was six times oversubscribed and the first in PSE history to open at its ceiling price (50% higher than IPO price). Xurpas received the Best Small Cap Equity Deal citation from Hong Kong-based institutional investment magazine Alpha Southeast Asia after this successful IPO.
