IV. Terms and Conditions

1. The Promo is open to all Security Bank Mastercard credit and debit cardholders (“Cardholder/s”) whose accounts are active, current, and in good credit standing.
2. Security Bank Cardholders are entitled of the following offer(s) within the Promo Period:
   • Standard Room only (Queen or Twin) with rate of PHP 3,900 nett.
   • Standard Room only (Triple) with rate of PHP 4,260 nett.
   • Inclusion/s:
     • Overnight Stay in a Standard Room for 2 Persons
     • Free use of Hotel Amenities (Lap Pool, Kiddie Pool, and Fitness Gym)
     • Complimentary Wi-Fi Access and Parking (first come, first served basis)
3. The Promo Period (Booking Period) is from October 20, 2026 to March 31, 2027.
4. The Stay Period is from October 20, 2026 to April 15, 2027.
5. Occupancy Policy & Room Capacity – The room category for this promo is Standard Rooms which are as follows:
   • Standard Queen / Twin Rooms: Up to two (2) adults
   • Standard Triple Rooms: Up to three (3) adults
   • A maximum of two (2) children aged 0 to 5 years old may stay free of charge when sharing existing bedding.
   • Standard additional fees apply for children aged 6 to 12 years old.
6. Payment Terms & Booking Guidelines
   • Booking Policy: All confirmed reservations made under this promotion are strictly non-refundable, non-cancelable, and non-endorsable.
   • Applicability & Settlement: This promotional rate applies exclusively to direct inquiries and walk-in reservations, including bookings placed via our official phone lines, SMS, or verified social media channels. Full payment must be settled directly at the hotel upon arrival or check-in.
   • Platform Exclusions: This promotional discount cannot be applied to reservations processed through the hotel website, third-party Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), or unauthorized booking platforms.

7. Check-In Requirements: Cardholders must be physically present upon check-in and must present their valid government ID.
8. Exclusivity & Non-Combinability: This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other ongoing discounts, promotional packages, corporate rates, or privileges offered by Wyndham Garden Manila Bay or Security Bank. In accordance with applicable laws and regulations, Senior Citizen and Person with Disability (PWD) discounts are likewise non-combinable with this promotional offer.
9. Incidental Charges: All incidental charges (including, but not limited to, extra bed fees, room service, dining, and laundry services) are excluded from the discounted room rate and must be settled directly with the hotel upon check-out.
10. Promo is valid for new bookings only. Promo is not retroactive and cannot be applied to previous bookings.
11. Other terms and conditions according to Wyndham Garden Manila Bay apply.
12. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discounts, the Senior Citizen and Person with Disability can avail the promotional discount, or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
13. In case of disputes related to this Promo, the decision of Wyndham Garden Manila Bay and Security Bank Corporation shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by Security Bank Corporation.
14. Any dispute concerning the products availed with the Promo offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Canvas Boutique Hotel with the concurrence of DTI.
15. Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Security Bank Mastercard credit and debit cards shall apply.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those with Security Bank Mastercard credit and debit cards which are not reported lost or stolen, whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraud, and those who have not violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing the Issuance and Use of Security Bank-issued credit and debit cards.
