  • The Cardholder must present a valid ID for validation purposes upon check-in.

IV. Terms and Conditions 

1. The Promo is open to all Security Bank Mastercard credit cardholders (“Cardholder/s”) whose accounts are active, current, and in good* credit standing.
2. The Promo Period (Booking Period) is from May 20 to December 18, 2026.
3. The Stay Period is from May 20 to December 19, 2026.
4. Security Bank Cardholders are entitled to the following at Seda Lio during the Promo Period:

   *Based on published rates. Maximum occupancy of 2 adults and 2 kids under 12 years old.

5. To avail the Promo, the Cardholder must do the following:

   • Upon reservation, the Cardholder must inform that they will avail the discount.
   • Cardholder should pay the total accommodation fee using their Security Bank credit card via a payment link that Seda Lio staff will provide.
   • The Cardholder must present a valid ID for validation purposes upon check-in.
6. Blackout dates may apply during holidays.
7. For cancellation and modification of booking, Seda Lio’s policy will be followed.
8. All incidental charges, not included in the exclusive discount/privileges, must be settled at Seda Lio or any affiliated establishments where the charges were incurred.
9. The Promo is not transferable and is not convertible into cash or gift certificates.
10. The Promo cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, upgrades, packages, or discounts at Seda Lio.
11. The Promo does not include the service charge when computing for the discount.
12. In case of disputes related to this Promo, the decision of Seda Lio and Security Bank Corporation shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by Security Bank Corporation.
13. Any dispute concerning the products availed with the Promo offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Seda Lio with the concurrence of DTI.
14. Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Security Bank Mastercard credit cards shall apply.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those with Security Bank Mastercard credit cards which are not reported lost or stolen, whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraud, and those who have not violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing the Issuance and Use of Security Bank-issued credit cards.
