General Terms and Conditions
- The Promo is open to all Security Bank Mastercard credit and debit cardholders (“Cardholder/s”) whose accounts are active, current, and in good* credit standing.
- The Promo Period (Booking Period) is from October 15 to December 30, 2026.
- The Stay Period is from October 15, 2026 to January 15, 2027.
- Security Bank Cardholders are entitled to 10% off on hotel accommodations, on top of RED Membership Tier Discounts at the following Red Planet Hotels properties during the Promo Period:

- To avail of the promo, sign up for a RED Membership account.
- Prior reservation is required through the following channels:
- Website: https://www.redplanethotels.com/
- App: RED Planet app available at Google Play store and Apple App store
- Select “Book Now” and input your preferred property, stay dates, and number of pax.
- Input the promo on the promo code field: REDSBC
- Select the “Cardholder Exclusive!” booking option to proceed with the booking.
- The Cardholder must charge the total amount of transaction to their Security Bank debit or credit card through a point-of-sale terminal at the respective Red Planet Hotel property they have a booking.
- If payment is made using a non-Security Bank card, the booking shall be subject to the prevailing walk-in rate.
- Cardholders must be present during check-in and present the card used for booking along with a valid government-issued ID. In case the guest is not the primary cardholder, a copy of the written authorization letter, card used, and government-issued ID of the cardholder must be presented.
- Should the cardholder or guest fail to present the documents required, the promo or discount will not apply, and the applicable published rate without the discount will apply.
- Promo is valid for new bookings only. Promo is not retroactive and cannot be applied to previous bookings.
- All bookings are subject to room availability at the time of reservation.
- Eligibility
- The promotion offers exclusive discounted room rates available for a limited time only.
- The promotion is available exclusively available to ALL eligible credit and debit cardholders only.
- This promo is valid exclusively for bookings made through the Reservations Department of Red Planet Hotels.
- The promo cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotions, discounts, or special offers, except for the RED Membership discounts and app exclusive discounts.
- This promotion applies to Standard Rooms, either Double or Twin, and All New City Rooms at participating properties. This offer does not apply to Family Rooms unless otherwise stated.
- Changes and Cancellations
- The Promo is non-transferable, non-refundable, and has no cash value.
- Bookings under this Promo are non-refundable and non-modifiable.
- Standard cancellation and rebooking policies apply.
- Rebooking or cancellation outside the stated promotional booking and stay periods will void the discounted rate and the prevailing rate may apply.
- Additional Charges
- Published rates are inclusive of applicable taxes and service charges.
- Charges for extra persons, meals, transportation, and other optional services are not included and will be charged separately.
- All incidental charges, not included in the exclusive discount/privileges, must be settled at Red Planet Hotels where the booking is made or any affiliated establishments where the charges were incurred.
- Blackout dates may apply, including peak seasons, holidays, and special events.
- Published rates are inclusive of applicable taxes and service charges.
- In the purchase of good and services which are on promotional discounts, the Senior Citizen and Person with Disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
- In case of disputes related to this Promo, the decision of Red Planet Hotels and Security Bank Corporation shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by Security Bank Corporation.
- Any dispute concerning the products availed with the Promo offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Red Planet Hotels with the concurrence of DTI.
- All bookings remain subject to Red Planet Hotel’s Standard Terms and Conditions.
- Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Security Bank Mastercard credit and debit cards shall apply.
*Cardholders in good credit standing are those with Security Bank credit cards which are not reported lost or stolen, whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraud, and those who have not violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing the Issuance and Use of Security Bank-issued credit cards.
