IV. Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Period is from August 6 to October 5, 2026.
2. Promotion is open to all Security Bank cardholders who availed of the SIA Culinary Connections experience with Mastercard® at the Grand Kitchen of the Grand Hyatt Manila and who are Security Bank Mastercard® debit and credit cardholders in the Philippines.
3. How to join the raffle promotion:
   • Enjoy the SIA Culinary Connections experience with Mastercard® at the Grand Kitchen of the Grand Hyatt Manila either through the following:
     • Dine for 2, Pay for 1 at only PHP 2,288 net (lunch) or PHP 2,988 net (dinner and Sunday lunch) or equivalent to 50% off the cost, exclusive of 10% service fees and applicable 3% local government taxes or PHP2,288 net (lunch) or PHP 2,988 net (dinner or Sunday lunch) with Mastercard® by presenting a Singapore Airlines ticket purchased with Security Bank Mastercard within the promo period.
     • Redeem using 4,500 KrisFlyer miles for lunch or 5,500 KrisFlyer miles for dinner or Sunday lunch at KrisFlyerExperiences.com

   • After payment, access the raffle portal via QR code at the Grant Hyatt Manila and enter the following details:

   • Every purchase of the SIA Culinary Connections at the Grand Kitchen of the Grand Hyatt Manila in a single receipt or transaction per reservation or KrisFlyer Experiences redemption entitles a customer to one (1) e-raffle entry.
   • Deadline of submission of raffle entry would be on October 5, 2026, 9:30 pm
4. Prizes
   • Five (5) winners of one-night stay at 1 King Bed at the Grand Hyatt Manila inclusive of daily breakfast for two (2), access to pool and fitness center, complimentary internet connection.
   • One winner of a trip to Singapore for two (2) inclusive of two (2) round-trip Business Class air tickets from Manila/Cebu to Singapore via Singapore Airlines and a two-night luxurious stay at the Grand Hyatt Singapore Grand Suite.
5. The winners of SIA Culinary Connections – Raffle Promotion will be drawn via electronic raffle on October 9, 2026, 2:00 pm at the Grand Hyatt Manila, in the presence of a Singapore Airlines marketing, Grand Hyatt Manila marketing and DTI representative within 14 days from deadline of submission of entries.
6. To experience the SIA Culinary Connections with Mastercard® at the Grand Hyatt Manila and join the raffle promotion, customers must make prior reservations at the Grand Hyatt Manila. For reservations, customers must contact (632) 8838 1234 or email at [email protected]. The SIA Culinary Connections experience at the Grand Kitchen of the Grand Hyatt Manila is available from August 6, 2026.
7. One raffle entry per valid transaction of KrisFlyer member who redeemed the miles or purchased the airline ticket.
8. Eligible customers may win only once during the Promotion Period. In the event that a participant is drawn more than once, the participant shall be awarded only the highest-value prize won. Any lower-value prize(s) shall be forfeited, and a replacement winner shall be drawn in accordance with the approved raffle draw procedures.
9. Raffle draw winners will be notified by the Grand Hyatt Manila with a prize certificate via registered mail and electronic mail within two (2) weeks from the draw date and can claim the prize within sixty (60) days from date of notification.
10. The 20% prize tax for prizes exceeding PHP 10,000 shall be paid by the prize sponsor. Grand Hyatt Manila shall shoulder the 20% prize tax for Grand Hyatt Manila prizes, while Singapore Airlines shall shoulder the 20% prize tax for Singapore Airlines prizes.
11. Prize Redemption
    • One-Night 1 King Bed Stay at the Grand Hyatt Manila
      • Prize shall be in the form of a physical voucher bearing no expiration.
      • To claim the voucher, winner/s must contact (632 8838 1234 loc. 6305) or email [email protected]
      • Physical vouchers can be claimed by visiting the Grand Hyatt Manila from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM from Monday – Friday and must present a valid ID.
      • Winners will be notified via phone call, registered email and registered mail within two (2) weeks from the raffle draw date.
      • Winners must claim or redeem their prizes within sixty (60) days from receipt of the official notification. Prizes not claimed or redeemed within the prescribed sixty (60)-day period shall be forfeited, subject to the prior approval of DTI.
      • Prizes must only be claimed at Grand Hyatt Manila. Upon claiming, winners must present at least one valid ID (with photo) such as Driver’s license, SSS ID, Passport, etc.
      • Winners may authorize a representative to claim the voucher provided that the authorized representative/s present the following:
        • Two (2) valid IDs of the winner and two (2) valid IDs of the representative;
        • Authorization letter bearing the signatures of the winner and the representative;
      • To redeem the one-night 1 King Bedroom voucher for a complimentary stay at the Grand Hyatt Manila, eligible winner simply needs to do the following:

        • The winner must advise Grand Hyatt Manila 30 days prior to their preferred booking date. Subject to availability
        • Provide copy of the Grand Hyatt Manila one-night 1 King Bedroom voucher. Physical copy of the voucher must be presented at check-in.
        • The voucher must be presented in good condition upon claiming
        • All expenses in excess of the prize value shall be shouldered by the winners.
      • The one-night 1 King Bedroom voucher for a complimentary stay at the Grand Hyatt Manila is valid for single or double occupancy with a maximum of two (2) adults and two (2) children below the age of 12 only and is inclusive of breakfast for two (2) adults only. Deposit and other incidentals shall be at the expense of the winner.
      • Eligible winners claiming the one-night 1 King Bedroom voucher for a complimentary stay at the Grand Hyatt Manila may choose any date from except for the following blackout dates such as but not limited to: Christmas Eve and Day, New Year’s Eve and day, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father Day. The hotel reserves the right to designate additional blackout dates for other special occasions. Rooms are subject to availability. Should the preferred date be unavailable, the Grand Hyatt Manila has may offer alternative dates of stay.
      • Standard reservation, check-in and check-out, rebooking and cancellation rules apply.
      • The one-night 1 King Bedroom voucher for a complimentary stay at the Grand Hyatt Manila is transferrable but not convertible to cash and is non-refundable. Change will not be given for transactions less than the face value of the stay. Guest may settle by Security Bank Mastercard for any excess amount.
      • Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount and promotions.
    • Trip to Singapore for two (2) Grand Hyatt Singapore Stay
      • To claim the 3D/2N stay at Grand Hyatt Singapore, winner must contact Grand Hyatt Manila at (632 8838 1234 loc. 6305) or email [email protected]. The winner must advise Grand Hyatt Manila at least 30 days prior to their preferred booking date. Subject to availability.
      • Winners must claim or redeem their prizes within sixty (60) days from receipt of the official notification. Prizes not claimed or redeemed within the prescribed sixty (60)-day period shall be forfeited, subject to the prior approval of DTI.
      • All expenses in excess of the prize value shall be shouldered by the winner.
      • The 3D/2N stay at Grand Hyatt Singapore is transferable but not convertible to cash or gift certificates and is non-refundable. The hotel stay must be redeemed and completed within six (6) months from the winner’s receipt of the prize notification, subject to room availability and the hotel’s blackout dates and booking policies.
    • Singapore Airlines Two (2) Business Class Round-trip Tickets
      • To claim the air ticket from Singapore Airlines, winner must contact Singapore Airlines through [email protected] with email subject SIA Culinary Connections with Mastercard® at the Grand Hyatt Promotion and provide booking details including Name and Preferred Date/s of travel to Singapore.
      • Winners must claim or redeem their prizes within sixty (60) days from receipt of the official notification. Prizes not claimed or redeemed within the prescribed sixty (60)-day period shall be forfeited, subject to the prior approval of DTI.
      • Air tickets are subject to seat availability. If seats are unavailable on the winner’s preferred travel dates, Singapore Airlines reserves the right to offer alternative travel dates.
      • The winner may transfer the prize entitlement to a third party prior to the issuance of the Singapore Airlines air ticket, subject to the Organizer’s verification procedures.
      • Upon issuance of the Singapore Airlines air ticket, the ticket shall be deemed redeemed and shall thereafter be non-transferable, non-reroutable, non-refundable, non-convertible to cash, and valid only for travel on Singapore Airlines. The air ticket must be issued and all travel completed within six (6) months from the winner’s receipt of the prize notification, subject to Singapore Airlines’ booking conditions, seat availability, and applicable blackout dates.
12. The winners authorize the Grand Hyatt Manila to disclose and publish their names, photos, and other particulars determined by the Grand Hyatt Manila to any person/s and in any mode or manner, as Grand Hyatt Manila may deem appropriate. The winners may be required to participate in publicity programs which the Grand Hyatt Manila may organize from time to time in connection with the Promo and if so, such winners must attend the said functions. Expenses and/or costs in attending such functions will be shouldered by the winners.
13. The Grand Hyatt Manila is required to submit to DTI a copy of the winning raffle entries which contains the winners’ personal information such as, but not limited to, their names, addresses, and contact numbers, as well as corresponding prize awarded. As such, the winners hereby authorize Grand Hyatt Manila to disclose said personal information to DTI.
14. Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash or gift certificates and is non-refundable.
15. Winners must provide their Tax Identification Number (TIN) and a valid government-issued ID to be sent to the Grand Hyatt Manila via email within thirty (30) days from receipt of the electronic mail or SMS notification from the Grand Hyatt Manila. The winners must also sign and submit a Quitclaim upon claiming of prize. Once submitted, a prize certificate will be issued to the winners.
16. In the event that any winner/s remain uncontacted via SMS or video call after forty-eight (48) hours from the date of announcement of winner/s, or doesn’t meet any of the requirements stated in item 6 (TIN, valid government issued ID, signed Quitclaim), the Grand Hyatt Manila, SIA and Mastercard® reserve the right to select another winner/s.
17. Names and photos of the winners will be announced and may be published in leading newspapers and posted on the Grand Hyatt Manila and/or Singapore Airlines’ official website, social media pages, and/or electronic direct mailer.
18. Promotion cannot be exchanged for other items or discount privileges and cannot be availed in conjunction with other promotions, and partner’s VIP/Membership privileges.
19. Prizes are valid for six (6) months from the date the winner is notified of their win, subject to terms and conditions of the Grand Hyatt Manila, the Grand Hyatt Singapore, SIA and Mastercard®. Prizes not claimed within sixty (60) calendar days after the receipt of prize certificate will be forfeited in favor of the Grand Hyatt Manila, SIA and Mastercard®.
20. All employees of the Grand Hyatt Manila, SIA, Mastercard® and its events, advertising and PR agencies and participating outlets including their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
21. The Grand Hyatt Manila, SIA and Mastercard® hold the right to certify whether or not a winner is eligible and if he/she satisfies the criteria set in the promo mechanics.
22. In case of disputes regarding the promo mechanics, the Grand Hyatt Manila, SIA and Mastercard®’s decision shall prevail with concurrence with DTI.
23. By joining this promo, the customer confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the mechanics of the promo including, but not limited to, these terms and conditions.
