SINGAPORE AIRLINES TIME TO FLY VIRTUAL TRAVEL FAIR WITH MASTERCARD®

Singapore Airlines (SIA) is bringing back it’s Time to Fly Travel Fair virtually with exciting perks and exclusive deals from travel partners.  

1. The Promo is open to all Principal and Supplementary credit and debit cardholders (“Cardholder”) whose cards are active and in good credit standing*, and with available credit limit at the time of purchase.
2. The Promo is also open to Cardholders who are also Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer and PPS Club members and are eligible for the promotional offers and additional perks if payment is made using their Security Bank Mastercard®.
3. The Promo Period (Booking Period) is from September 18 to October 15, 2026.

6. Service fees, fare conditions and other terms and conditions shall apply.
7. Offer cannot be combined with any other promo and is non-transferrable, non-convertible to cash, non-assignable, and non-exchangeable.
8. By joining this Promo, the Cardholder confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the mechanics of the Promo including, but not limited to these terms and conditions.

MASTERCARD® PERKS AT THE SINGAPORE AIRLINES TIME TO FLY VIRTUAL TRAVEL FAIR

Fly Singapore Airlines with Mastercard® and enjoy up to PHP 5,000 worth of gift certificates for dining and/ or shopping, plus a one-night deluxe hotel stay.

1. Offer is open to all Cardholders who purchased a Singapore Airlines (SIA) ticket with their Security Bank Mastercard® credit or debit card during the Singapore Airlines Time to Fly Virtual Travel Fair.
2. Offer is valid on SIA tickets booked to any destinations, with travel from September 20, 2026 to August 31, 2027, made through com and the SingaporeAir mobile app using promo code FLYSQ2027, SIA reservations hotline at +632 8539 4588 for Manila or via the toll-free number 1800 1888 4588 for Cebu, and SIA-accredited travel agencies.
3. To be eligible for the offer, simply use your Security Bank Mastercard® credit and debit card and meet the following minimum eligible spend in a single receipt on Singapore Airlines (SIA) tickets, originating from the Philippines.

4. SIA tickets originating from Manila and Cebu will be via Singapore Airlines flights, while Clark, Davao, and Iloilo will be via Scoot flights connecting to a Singapore Airlines flight beyond Singapore.
5. For tickets with a Scoot flight, only tickets combined with a Singapore Airlines flight booked through singaporeair.com, the SingaporeAir mobile app and SIA-accredited travel agencies are eligible for the offer.
6. The dining or shopping gift certificates and hotel voucher for the complimentary one-night deluxe room stay at the Fairmont Makati may be claimed after purchase or within 60 days from October 15, 2026 or until November 29, 2026 at the following locations:
• Manila – Singapore Airlines Ticketing Office located at 33F LKG Tower, Ayala Avenue, Makati City, Philippines 1226 from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm, Mondays to Fridays only
• Cebu – Singapore Airlines Office located at located at 7F Pioneer Bldg., Cardinal Rosales Avenue, Cebu Business Park, Cebu City from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, Tuesdays to Fridays only
7. Customers must present the following to claim their gift certificates:
• Valid ID of the eligible customer
• Copy of e-tickets and;
• Security Bank Mastercard® credit or debit card used for the payment
8. Gift certificates may also be claimed by an authorized representative provided that he/she presents the following:
• Two (2) valid IDs of the eligible customer and two (2) valid IDs of the representative;
• Authorization letter bearing the signatures of the winner and the representative;
• Copy of e-tickets and;
• Security Bank Mastercard® credit or debit card used for the payment
9. Eligible customers claiming the PHP 2,500 dining gift certificates and/ or PHP 5,000 worth of dining or shopping gift certificates may choose from the following:
• Dining gift certificates: Shangri-La The Fort, The Bistro Group, Wild Flour Bakery + Café, and Mary Grace Café
• Shopping gift certificates: The Travel Club or SSI Purple Card

Should the preferred brand be unavailable, Singapore Airlines may offer the other brands gift certificates of equivalent value.

10. For avoidance of doubt, each eligible Security Bank Mastercard® credit or debit cardholder shall only be entitled to one (1) PHP 2,500 worth of dining gift certificates for a minimum spend of PHP 30,000 in a single transaction, or one (1) PHP 5,000 worth of dining or shopping gift certificates plus one (1) hotel voucher for a complimentary one-night deluxe room stay at Fairmont Makati for a minimum spend of PHP 60,000 in a single transaction paid with their Security Bank Mastercard® credit or debit card.
11. Dining and shopping gift certificates must be presented when availing at eligible outlets of the following brands:

12. Dining and shopping gift certificates are transferrable but not convertible to cash and are non-refundable. Change will not be given for transactions less than the face value of the dining certificates. Guest may settle by cash or credit card for any excess amount. Lost gift certificates will not be replaced.
13. Dining and shopping gift certificates cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount and promotions. Other terms and conditions of the dining and shopping gift certificates apply.
14. To redeem the complimentary one-night deluxe room stay at the Fairmont Makati using the hotel voucher, eligible customers simply need to do the following:
• Contact the reservations hotline at +632 8555 9888. Provide date of preferred check-in and check-out dates.
• The Reservations team may request an email address where they can send the booking confirmation.
• Upon receiving the confirmation email, the customer must reply with a scanned copy of the hotel voucher issued by Singapore Airlines. The original physical voucher must be presented at check-in.
15. The complimentary one-night deluxe room stay at the Fairmont Makati is valid for single or double occupancy with a maximum of two (2) adults and two (2) children below the age of 12 only and is inclusive of breakfast for two (2) adults only. Deposit and other incidentals shall be at the expense of the customer.
16. Eligible customers claiming the complimentary one-night deluxe room stay at the Fairmont Makati may choose any date, except for blackout dates during holidays such as Halloween, Christmas, New Year, and Holy Week. Rooms are subject to availability. Should the preferred date be unavailable, Fairmont Makati may offer alternative dates of stay.
17. Reservation must be made at least 72 hours before the desired date of check-in. Valid ID with photo or passport, along with the confirmation email, and physical copy of the hotel voucher must be presented and provided at the front desk upon check-in.
18. Standard check-in time is 3:00PM; check-out time is 11:00AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be requested at the front office (subject to availability).
19. Upon reservation, Security Bank Mastercard® credit or debit card details must be provided to guarantee the booking. Upon check-in, an incidental deposit of PHP 5,000 per night will be requested.
20. Night extensions are subject to availability. Security Bank Mastercard® must be used to pay for extended stays.
21. Customers can rebook if cancellation is effected at least seven (7) days from check-in date.
22. Customers who do not arrive on the day of reservation will render the offer fully redeemed.
23. If the reservation is less than seven (7) days from check-in date, the room reservation is non-cancellable and non-rebookable.
24. The hotel voucher for a complimentary one-night deluxe room stay at the Fairmont Makati is transferrable but not convertible to cash and is non-refundable. Change will not be given for transactions less than the face value of the stay. Guest may settle by Mastercard® for any excess amount.
25. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount and promotions.
26. Other Singapore Airlines and partner merchants’ terms and conditions apply.
27. Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Security Bank Mastercard shall apply.
28. In case of dispute in respect of Security Bank only and the Cardholder’s availment of and eligibility for the Promo, the decision of Security Bank shall be considered final with the concurrence of DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the Promo shall be resolved by Security Bank.
29. Any dispute concerning the products and/or services related to the Promo shall be settled directly between the Cardholder, Singapore Airlines, and/or partner merchants with the concurrence of the DTI. Security Bank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.
30. Security Bank, Singapore Airlines, and/or partner merchants reserve the right to determine the eligibility and validity of cardholders and transactions for this offer in accordance with their payment records, including date and time.
