How to Avail:

1. Sign up as a Sands LifeStyle member on the Marina Bay Sands Mobile App (skip this if you are already a member).
2. Book a minimum 2-night stay under this package at https://www.marinabaysands.com/sands-lifestyle/sands-alliance-partners/mastercard.html and pay with your Security Bank Mastercard upon checkout.
3. Check in and redeem SGD200 Resort Dollars per booking via the Marina Bay Sands Mobile App or at any Sands LifeStyle kiosk.

 
IV. General Terms and Conditions

1. The Promo is open to all Principal and Supplementary Mastercard® credit or debit cardholders (“Cardholder”) whose cards are active and in good credit standing*, and with available credit limit at the time of purchase. Below are the qualified Security Bank credit cards for the Promo:

5. Rates and Deposit
   • Rates quoted are in Singapore Dollars.
   • Rates do not include any applicable prevailing government taxes at time of occupancy. The Rates are subject to 10% Service Charge and prevailing Goods and Services Tax.
   • Any extension of stay will be on guest’s own account on either the Flexible Rate or any other Packages offered by Marina Bay Sands.
   • Rate Modifier will apply if the guest will like to stay in any higher room type. All charges are on guest’s own account.
   • Room upgrade and additional adult charge will be on guest’s own account.
   • No name change is allowed.
   • In the event guest complete a booking based on a rate that has been incorrectly posted, the Hotel reserves the right to correct the rate or cancel the reservation at its discretion, and will contact you directly in order to do so.
   • Marina Bay Sands may change these terms or terminate this program without notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Marina Bay Sands Pte Ltd is final and binding.
6. Cancellation and Policy
   • Reservation is non-cancellable, non-amendable and non-refundable.
   • Blackout dates may apply.
7. Credit Card Information
   • All bookings must be made using a Security Bank Mastercard credit or debit card only (Open to both local residents and tourists). A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation.
   • Upon booking, your credit card will be charged the amount indicated on the booking confirmation page and email.
   • Exchange rates are applicable at time of reservation, but are subject to currency fluctuations and billing will be at the prevailing exchange rate upon completion of your stay.
8. Further Information
   • No prepared food from sources other than the Hotel’s in-room dining services is permitted in the guest rooms.
   • This reservation is not transferable. No name change is allowed.
9. General Provisions
   • By proceeding with the reservation, you further agree and acknowledge that if the reservation is accepted by the Hotel, your stay subsequently shall be subject to the Hotel’s standard terms and conditions of stay.
   • The Hotel may, at its absolute discretion, cancel the reservation if the Hotel is of the opinion that the reservation information provided is falsified or incomplete.
   • The Hotel shall be entitled to vary, amend and/or otherwise change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
   • You shall indemnify and hold the Hotel harmless in respect of any liability, loss, damage, cost and expense of any nature arising out of, and/or in connection with the acceptance of the reservation by the Hotel.
   • The Hotel shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs or expenses incurred by you as a result of any cancellation of the reservation by the Hotel.
   • The reservation and the terms and conditions set out hereto shall be governed in accordance with the law of the Republic of Singapore.
   • The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap. 53B) shall apply.
10. Sands LifeStyle Members Exclusives
    • To redeem the inclusion from the package, the guest must be a member of Sands LifeStyle programme and make payment with a Security Bank Mastercard credit or debit card.
    • Individuals who are (i) not employed by Marina Bay Sands; (ii) aged 18 and above are eligible to apply for membership on the Programme.
    • Resort Dollars is to be redeemed from the Marina Bay Sands Mobile App and will be credited automatically to the membership account.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those with Security Bank credit cards which are not on hold for being reported lost or stolen, whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraud, and those who have not violated any of the Terms and Conditions.
