Terms and Conditions 

1. The Promo is open to all Security Bank Mastercard Credit and Debit cardholders whose accounts are active, current, and in good* credit standing. 
2. The Promo Period (Booking Period) is from November 21, 2025 to November 20, 2026. 
3. Security Bank Cardholders are entitled of the following offer(s) within the Promo Period: 
   • Accommodation: 45% off on Single Deluxe (with one full size bed) and Twin Deluxe (with two twin size beds) Rooms based on published rates 
   • Dining: 10% off on total bill at the Bistro Café by LeBlanc and The Bistro Rooftop by LeBlanc 
   • Events Venue Rental: 30% off on venue rental packages when you pay in full amount

4. Accommodation Terms and Conditions 
   • The Stay Period is from November 21, 2025 to November 21, 2026. 
   • To avail the Promo, the Cardholder To avail of any of the Promo offers, cardholders must do the following: 
     • Prior reservation is required. Contact LeBlanc Hotel and Resort at +63 917 150 9011. 
     • Settle the reservation fee or full amount online using the payment link provided by Le Blanc Hotel and Resort and pay using their Security Bank Mastercard credit or debit card. 
   • For cancellation and modification of booking, LeBlanc Hotel and Resort or any affiliated establishments policy will be followed. 
   • All incidental charges, not included in the exclusive discount/privileges, must be settled at LeBlanc Hotel and Resort or any affiliated establishments where the charges were incurred. 
   • Blackout dates apply during all public, special, and legal holidays. 
5. Dining Terms and Conditions 
   • To avail the Dining Promo, the Cardholder must advise the restaurant staff that they will be using their participating Security Bank Mastercard credit and debit card at Bistro Café by LeBlanc and The Bistro Rooftop by LeBlanc within the Promo Period. 
   • The Promo is applicable to both check-in and outside guests. 
   • The Cardholder must be present and part of the dining party to be able to avail the discount. Proof of card ownership might be requested for verification. 
   • The Promo is applicable for both dine-in and take-out transactions. 
   • Cardholders who are also checked in at LeBlanc Hotel and Resort must settle the bill after they dine in. Offer cannot be applied when it’s charged to your hotel room. 
   • The Promo is not applicable on payments for banquet sales, private functions, and parties. Private Dining Room Consumable rate is not part of the promo. 
6. The Promo is not transferable and is not convertible into cash or gift certificates.  
7. The Promo cannot be used in conjunction with ongoing promos, offers and discounts of LeBlanc Hotel and Resort. 
8. The Events Venue Rental is subject to applicable corkage fees. 
9. In case of disputes related to this Promo, the decision of LeBlanc Hotel and Resort and Security Bank Corporation shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the Promo shall be resolved by Security Bank Corporation. 
10. Any dispute concerning the products availed with the Promo offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and LeBlanc Hotel and Resort with the concurrence of DTI. 
11. Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Security Bank Mastercard credit and debit cards shall apply. 

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those with Security Bank Mastercard credit and debit cards which are not reported lost or stolen, whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraud, and those who have not violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing the Issuance and Use of Security Bank-issued credit cards
