IV. Terms and Conditions 

1. The Promo is open to all Security Bank Mastercard credit and debit cardholders (“Cardholder/s”) whose accounts are active, current, and in good* credit standing. 
2. The Promo Period (Booking Period) is from May 20, 2026 to March 31, 2027. 
3. The Stay Period is from May 20, 2026 to April 15, 2027.  
4. Security Bank Cardholders are entitled to the following at F1 Hotel Manila during the Promo Period: 
• Accommodation: 15% off on rooms based on Best Available Rates
• Dining: 20% off on all à la carte meals at The Canary and F All-day Dining
5. The blackout dates are the following: December 24, 25, and 31, 2026. 
6. Accommodation Terms and Conditions 
• Reservations are required at least five (5) days before date of stay. 
• To avail the Accommodation Promo, the Cardholder must do the following:

  • The total amount of transaction must be charged to the Cardholder’s Security Bank Mastercard credit or debit card through a point-of-sale terminal at F1 Hotel Manila within the Promo Period. The Cardholder must present a valid ID for validation purposes.
• Extra person charge is at PHP 2,500 inclusive of breakfast buffet and extra bed. Maximum Room Occupancy: 4 guests including children (2 Adults and 2 Children). 
• Cancellations of reservations may be made without penalty at least three (3) days prior to arrival. 
• All other incidental charges will be on personal account of the guest. 
• Check-in is at 2:00PM and check-out time is at 12:00NN. 
• For cancellation and modification of booking, F1 Hotel Manila’s policy will be followed. 
• All incidental charges, not included in the exclusive discount/privileges, must be settled at F1 Hotels Manila or any affiliated establishments where the charges were incurred. 
7. Dining Terms and Conditions 
• To avail the Dining Promo, the Cardholder must reserve at least one (1) day in advance. For reservations, please contact the following:

• Cardholder must advise the restaurant staff that they will be using their participating Security Bank Mastercard credit or debit card at The Canary or F All-day Dining within the Promo and Stay Period.   
• Cardholder must pay with their Security Bank Mastercard credit or debit card through a point-of-sale terminal at The Canary or F All-day Dining within the Promo Period. The Cardholder must present a valid ID for validation purposes. 
• Dining Promo is open for dine-in only and for both check-in and outside/walk-in guests. 
• Promo is not valid for cashback, non-refundable, and not valid in conjunction with other promos and discounts such as Senior Citizen, PWD or Diplomat. 
8. The Promo is not transferable and is not convertible into cash or gift certificates.    
9. Promo Offers are not applicable for online booking. 
10. The Promo cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, upgrades, packages, or discounts at F1 Hotel Manila. 
11. The Promo does not include the service charge when computing for the discount. 
12. In case of disputes related to this Promo, the decision of F1 Hotel Manila and Security Bank Corporation shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by Security Bank Corporation. 
13. Any dispute concerning the products availed with the Promo offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and F1 Hotel Manila with the concurrence of DTI. 
14. Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Security Bank Mastercard credit and debit cards shall apply. 

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those with Security Bank Mastercard credit and debit cards which are not reported lost or stolen, whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraud, and those who have not violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing the Issuance and Use of Security Bank-issued credit and debit cards.
