IV. Terms and Conditions

1. The Promo is open to all Security Bank Mastercard credit and debit cardholders (“Cardholder/s”) whose accounts are active, current, and in good* credit standing.
2. The Promo Period (Booking Period) is from June 20, 2026 to June 14, 202.
3. The Stay Period is from June 20, 2026 to June 30, 2027.
4. Cardholders are entitled to the following offers within the Promo Period:

5. Accommodation Terms and Conditions
• Prior reservation is required. To avail the Promo, the Cardholder must do the following:

  • Pay the booking fee via the following options using their Security Bank credit or debit card:

    • POS terminal in-person upon arrival
  • The Cardholder must present a valid ID for validation purposes upon check-in.
  • All rooms are non-smoking.
  • For cancellation and modification of booking, Citadines Bacolod City’s policy will be followed.
6. Dining Terms and Conditions
• Cardholder must advise the restaurant staff that they will be using their participating Security Bank Mastercard credit or debit card at any of the participating dining outlets within the Promo/Stay Period.
• Cardholder must pay with their Security Bank Mastercard credit or debit card through a point-of-sale terminal at the participating dining outlet(s) they dined/ordered at within the Promo Period. The Cardholder must present a valid ID for validation purposes.
• Dining Promo is open for both check-in and outside/walk-in guests.
• Reservations are accepted.
• Promo is not valid for cashback, non-refundable, and not valid in conjunction with other promos and discounts such as Senior Citizen, PWD or Diplomat.
7. The Promo is not transferable and is not convertible into cash or gift certificates.
8. The Promo is not applicable on the following blackout dates:
• Masskara Festival: October 1-25, 2026
• Christmas Season: December 24-25, 2026
• New Year’s Eve: December 30-31, 2026
9. All incidental charges, not included in the exclusive discount/privileges, must be settled at the resort/hotel or any affiliated establishments where the charges were incurred.
10. The Promo cannot be used in conjunction with ongoing promos, offers and discounts of Citadines Bacolod City.
11. The Promo does not include the service charge when computing for the discount.
12. In case of disputes related to this Promo, the decision of Citadines Bacolod City and Security Bank Corporation shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by Security Bank Corporation.
13. Any dispute concerning the products or services availed with the Promo offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Citadines Bacolod City with the concurrence of DTI.
14. Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Security Bank Mastercard credit and debit cards shall apply.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those with Security Bank Mastercard credit and debit cards which are not reported lost or stolen, whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraud, and those who have not violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing the Issuance and Use of Security Bank-issued credit and debit cards.
