General Terms and Conditions

1. The Promo is open to all Security Bank Mastercard credit and debit cardholders whose accounts are active, current, and in good credit standing.
2. Security Bank Cardholders are entitled of the following offer(s) within the Promo Period:
   • Accommodation: 10% off on accommodation based on flexible rate
   • Dining: 10% off at The Painted Table
3. The Promo Period (Booking Period) is from July 15 to December 31, 2026.
4. Offer is non-commissionable, non-transferable, non-convertible to cash, points, gift certificates, or other products.
5. Offer is not applicable in conjunction with other promos and offers of Canvas Boutique Hotel.
6. All incidental charges, not included in the exclusive discount/privileges, must be settled at Canvas Boutique Hotel or any affiliated establishments where the charges were incurred.

8. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discounts, the Senior Citizen and Person with Disability can avail the promotional discount, or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
9. In case of disputes related to this Promo, the decision of Canvas Boutique Hotel and Security Bank Corporation shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by Security Bank Corporation.
10. Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Security Bank Mastercard credit and debit cards shall apply.

Accommodation Terms and Conditions

1. Stay Period is from July 15 to March 31, 2027.
2. To avail of the Promo, the Cardholder must do the following:
   • Reservations should be made at least 3 days in advance. Visit the website https://canvasboutiquehotel.com/
   • Click “Book Now” to start he booking process
   • Input the Check-in and Check-out date of their stay
   • Input promo code SECBANK
   • Click “Search” to view available rooms
   • Select your preferred room, specify the number of guests, then click “Add”
   • Review the Reservation Summary, then click “Book”
   • Enter all the basic information for the reservation so the system can create a guest profile summary. An can be added “Additional Guest” as needed. Then, click “Continue” to proceed with the payment.
   • Enter their Security Bank credit or debit card details, then click “Book now”
   • Tick the box to agree to the Terms and Conditions
   • Click “Confirm & Complete Booking” to finalize the reservation
   • The detailed information of the booking order will be displayed

4. Free cancellation is allowed 7 days prior to arrival date.
5. Rates are in Philippine Peso, inclusive of tax and service charge.
6. Promo is valid for new bookings only. Promo is not retroactive and cannot be applied to previous bookings.
7. Standard terms and conditions according to Canvas Boutique Hotel apply.
8. Billings and Payments
   • Pre-payment is required at the time of booking.
   • Any charges that may be incurred by guests during their stay must be settled upon check-out.
9. No-show, Modification, and Cancellation
   • Late cancellations or reductions in the number of guaranteed rooms shall be charged in full, equivalent to the total room nights reserved.
   • Failure to arrive at the hotel will be treated as no-show and will be charge for the entire length of stay.
10. Child Policy/Extra Person
    • Children 11 years old and below sharing a bed with parents stay free of charge. Breakfast for children aged 5–11 years old is available at PHP 300 per child, for up to two (2) children per room.
    • Twelve (12) years old and above is considered an adult.
    • Extra person, sharing bed at PHP 1,200 net/room/night inclusive of breakfast (Deluxe Twin room).

Dining Terms and Conditions

1. To avail the Dining Promo, the Cardholder must advise the restaurant staff that they will be using their participating Security Bank Mastercard credit or debit card at The Painted Table within the Promo Period.
2. The Cardholder must be present and part of the dining party to be able to avail the discount. Proof of card ownership might be requested for verification.
3. To qualify for the Dining Promo, the Cardholder must meet the minimum spend requirement of PHP 500 per receipt.
4. Cardholders who are also checked-in at Canvas Boutique Hotel must settle the bill after they dine in. Offer cannot be applied when it’s charged to hotel room.
5. Promo is applicable to both in-house or walk-in guests.
6. Promo is valid for both dine-in and take-out orders.
7. Promo is valid for à la carte orders only.
8. The Promo is NOT applicable to group, corporate/ business bookings, including but not limited to banquet events, private functions, and social celebrations.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those with Security Bank Mastercard credit cards which are not reported lost or stolen, whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraud, and those who have not violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing the Issuance and Use of Security Bank-issued credit cards.
