General Terms and Conditions

1. The Promo is open to all Security Bank Mastercard credit and debit cardholders (“Cardholder/s”) whose accounts are active, current, and in good* credit standing. 
2. The Promo Period is from January 20 to December 31, 2026.

5. Promo is open to all residents of the Philippines, traveling from and returning to the Philippines. 
6. The discount is not retroactive; this offer is not valid for already completed transactions. 
7. All purchases are subject to additional terms and conditions according to Big Sky Nation. 
8. The Promo cannot be used in conjunction with any other promo and discount of Big Sky Nation that
   requires a coupon code.
9. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, vouchers, or special offers unless otherwise stated. 
10. To qualify for the discount, the Cardholder must use their Security Bank credit or debit Mastercard to pay
    for their purchases for this Promo. 
11. The Promo is not convertible to cash or credit. It may not be exchanged with any other product. 
12. The discount/offer should be given instantly where the purchase was made. 
13. The Cardholder agrees that should their purchase be found fraudulent, Security Bank Corporation shall have
    the right to charge the value of the discount to their card.
14. Cardholders are eligible for one discounted bundle per transaction. Multiple transactions are allowed. 
15. Limitations of Discount: The discounted price is applicable only to the specific bundles mentioned in the promotion.
16. Big Sky is not responsible for network interruptions or service issues caused by third-party providers, country-specific restrictions, or natural events beyond our control. 
17. Big Sky is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the device. 
18. Big Sky reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time with concurrence of DTI. Customers who purchased before such changes will not be affected by modifications made after their purchase. 
19. Any dispute concerning the service/s related to the Promo offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Security Bank Corporation with the concurrence of DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by Security Bank Corporation. 
20. Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Security Bank Mastercard credit and debit cards shall apply. 
21. Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.
    

Travel Wi-Fi Rental Terms and Conditions 

1. To avail of any of the Travel Wi-Fi rental offers, Cardholders must:
   

    

   • Visit www.bigskynation.com 
   • Select purchase, package and place of origin, and provide the flight details. 
   • Click “Rent Now” to proceed to the “Booking Form Page”. 
   • On the Booking Form page, enter the corresponding Promo Code and your contact information. 
   • On the checkout page, check the order summary and click “Pay via Credit Card”. 
   • Enter your Security Bank credit or debit card details and click “Pay Now” to avail the discount and confirm payment. 
2. Travel Wi-Fi rental is valid for all transactions with 5 day passes and up. 
3. Travel Wi-Fi rental is valid for all transactions with price per day pass at PHP350 and up. 
4. The Cardholder’s rental period must be on January 20, 2026 to December 31, 2026. 
5. Rental Offer is NOT valid for the following countries: Albania, Argentina, Belorussia, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Christmas Island, Columbia, Costa Rica, Egypt, EL Salvador, Fiji, Guam, Guatemala, Honduras, Israel, Kenya, Kyrgyzstan, Macau, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Puerto Rico, Qatar, Saipan, South Africa, Tajikistan, Uruguay, Uzbekistan, Venezuela, Antigua and Barbuda, Aruba, Barbados, Bermuda, Cayman Islands, Curacao, Guadeloupe, Haiti, Jamaica, Martinique, Montserrat, Trinidad and Tobago, Turks & Caicos Islands.
   

Travel Wi-Fi Pro Bundles (Retail Product) 

1. To avail of any of the Travel Wi-Fi Pro Bundles (Retail Product) offers, Cardholders must:

   • Mention the promo code “SECTWP45” or “SECTWP50” to avail the discount when they purchase the Big Sky Travel Wi-Fi. 
   • Big Sky agent will ask the customer details: Name, Mobile Number, Email Address and Delivery Address. 
   • Big Sky agent will send the payment link to Cardholder. 
   • Cardholder shall settle the amount and send the proof of payment. 
   • Big Sky agent will confirm the payment and provide a delivery schedule to the customer. 
2. Data Details
   • Data is valid for 30 days upon activation. 
   • Data must be used in consecutive days within 30 days. 
   • Data can be activated upon contacting Big Sky channels.

   • Data must be activated within 180 days of purchase. Unused data will expire after this period and cannot be refunded or rolled over.

3. Usage Policies: The Travel Wi-Fi Pro device allows multiple device connections, but data usage may be subject to fair use policies. Excessive data consumption may result in slower speeds to ensure fair access for all users. 
4. Products purchased during this promotion are non-refundable, except in cases of defective units.  
5. Defective products must be reported within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or refund, subject to Big Sky’s inspection and approval process. 
6. The Travel Wi-Fi Pro device comes with a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty claims do not cover misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized repairs. 

eSIM Data Packages (Retail Product) 

1. To avail of of the eSIM (Retail Product) offers, Cardholders must:

   • Mention the promo code “ESIMSEC20” to avail the discount when they purchase the Big Sky eSIM. 
   • Big Sky agent will request the following information:
     • Trip details (travel dates and destination) 
     • Preferred eSIM package 
     • Customer information (full name, email address, contact number) 
   • Big Sky agent will send a quotation with the discounted rate and a secure payment link. 
   • Carholder must settle the payment through the payment link and send the proof of payment. 
   • Upon payment confirmation, the Big Sky agent will process the booking and advise the customer to wait for the email confirmation and the eSIM QR code. 
2. Offer applies only to specific data packages or countries.  
3. The eSIM must be activated within 90 days from the date of purchase. 
4. Data validity and usage will follow the package terms (e.g., 30 days, 10GB, etc.). 
5. Customers must ensure their devices are eSIM-compatible and network-unlocked. 
6. Big Sky will not be held liable for failed activations due to incompatible devices. 
7. Once issued, eSIMs are non-refundable and non-transferable. 
8. Any issues with connectivity or service must be reported within the travel period from activation. 

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those with Security Bank Mastercard credit and debit cards which are not reported lost or stolen, whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraud, and those who have not violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing the Issuance and Use of Security Bank-issued credit card.
