Terms and Conditions

1. The Promo is open to all Security Bank Mastercard Credit and Debit cardholders whose accounts are active, current, and in good* credit standing. 
2. The Promo Period is from January 2, 2026 to December 29, 2026. 
3. Accommodation Terms and Conditions
   • The Stay Period is from January 2, 2026 until December 30, 2026. 
   • Security Bank Cardholders are entitled of the following offer(s) within the Promo Period: 
     • 40% off on published rates 
     • Inclusive of breakfast for two at Alejandro’s, complimentary use of facilities, complimentary scheduled shuttle service to nearby Alabang commercial and financial districts, and applicable taxes 
   • A maximum of two (2) adults are allowed per room and may book maximum of two (2) rooms per day only. 
   • One child, twelve (12) years old and below are free of charge with no additional bedding arrangement, and breakfast is not included.
   • Cardholders can book up to two (2) rooms per day only and the offer is not applicable for extension of stay. 
   • Only one (1) qualified card will be accepted per cardholder, per transaction, even if the cardholder has more than one (1) qualified card. 
   • To avail of any of the Promo offers, cardholders must:

     • Pay the total amount of the bill with their qualified Security Bank credit or debit card in a single receipt 
     • Cardholders must be present during check-in and present the card used for booking along with a valid government-issued ID. In case the guest is not the Security Bank cardholder, a copy of the written authorization letter, Security Bank card used, and government-issued ID of the cardholder must be presented. 
     • Should the cardholder or guest fail to present the documents required, the promo or discount will not apply, and the applicable rate without the discount will apply, and all the room inclusions under the promo will be forfeited. 
   • For cancellation and modification of booking, B Hotel Alabang or any affiliated establishments policy will be followed wherein: 
     • Cancellation notice must be received no later than 72 hours prior to guests’ arrival; 
     • No penalty for modifications and cancellations made at least seven (7) days prior to arrival; 
     • If canceled within three (3) days before arrival, a one-night penalty will be charged; 
     • For same day cancellation, no-show/no arrival, a full stay will be charged. 
   • All incidental charges, not included in the exclusive discount/privileges, must be settled at B Hotel Alabang or any affiliated establishments where the charges were incurred. 
   • The Promo is not applicable on the following blackout dates: 
     • Peak seasons, including but not limited to, holidays : February 17, February 25, April 9, April 16–18, May 1, June 12, August 21, August 31, November 1, November 30, December 8, December 24–25, and December 31, 2026 
     • Long weekends, and other high-demand periods 
4. Dining Terms and Conditions 
5. The Promo is not transferable and is not convertible into cash or gift certificates.  
6. The Promo cannot be used in conjunction with ongoing promos, offers and discounts of B Hotel Alabang. 
7. The Promo does not include the service charge when computing for the discount. 
8. In case of disputes related to this Promo, the decision of B Hotel Alabang and Security Bank Corporation shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the Promo shall be resolved by Security Bank Corporation. 
9. Any dispute concerning the products availed with the Promo offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and B Hotel Alabang with the concurrence of DTI. 
10. Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Security Bank Mastercard credit and debit cards shall apply. 

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those with Security Bank Mastercard credit and debit cards which are not reported lost or stolen, whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraud, and those who have not violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing the Issuance and Use of Security Bank-issued credit cards.
