1. The Promo is open to all Principal and Supplementary Cardholders (“Cardholder”) whose Cards are active and in good credit standing, and with available Credit Limit at the time of purchase.

3. Cardholders must use their Security Bank Mastercard to pay at any participating Abenson, Automatic Centre, and Electroworld branch to be entitled to make purchases via 0% ChargeLight Installment or Charge Now, Pay Later for 12- to 24-month tenor. 
4. The cashback shall be credited directly to the cardholder’s Security Bank credit card account sixty (60) days after the promo period, provided that the cardholder meets all the applicable terms and conditions of the promo. 
5. The cardholders are qualified for one (1) cashback redemption during the promo period on their qualified purchase made at Abenson, Automatic Centre, and Electroworld branches nationwide. 
6. Discount is not applicable in conjunction with another discount offers from Abenson, Automatic Centre, and Electroworld, unless stated otherwise. 
7. 0% ChargeLight Installment is subject to bank approval and is only valid if the monthly dues are paid in full. 
8. Payment deferral of 2 to 3 months for Charge Now, Pay Later transactions will vary depending on the account’s statement cut-off. 
9. The full amount of the Charge Now, Pay Later and 0% ChargeLight Installment transaction shall be automatically deducted from the cardholders’ available credit limit. 
10. The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, Security Bank’s Unwrap the Joy campaign, Abenson Swipe for 2, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided. 
11. Security Bank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction that was cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should the cardholder receive the discount but was later deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount and shall be charged by Security Bank to the cardholder’s credit card account.Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Security Bank Mastercards shall apply. 
12. All questions or disputes regarding the cardholder’s eligibility for the promotion, redemption, coverage of dates and fulfillment, shall be resolved by Security Bank with the concurrence of DTI. 
13. In case of dispute in respect of Security Bank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Security Bank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final. 
14. By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms and conditions.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those with Security Bank Mastercard credit cards which are not reported lost or stolen, whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraud, and those who have not violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing the Issuance and Use of Security Bank-issued credit card.
