1. The Promo is open to all Principal and Supplementary Cardholders (“Cardholder”) whose Cards are active and in good credit standing, and with available Credit Limit at the time of purchase.

2. Cardholders must use their Security Bank Mastercard to pay at Oysho branches and make a purchase via 0% ChargeLight Installment or Charge Now, Pay Later for up to 6 months tenor.
3. 0% ChargeLight Installment is subject to bank approval and is only valid if the monthly dues are paid in full.
4. Payment deferral of 2 to 3 months for Charge Now, Pay Later transactions will vary depending on the account’s statement cut-off.
5. The full amount of the Charge Now, Pay Later and 0% ChargeLight Installment transaction shall be automatically deducted from the cardholders’ available credit
6. The promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise
7. Security Bank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction that was cancelled or charged back within the promo Should the cardholder receive the discount but was later deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount and shall be charged by Security Bank to the cardholder’s credit card account.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those with Security Bank Mastercard credit cards which are not reported lost or stolen, whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraud, and those who have not violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing the Issuance and Use of Security Bank-issued credit cards.
