III. Promo Mechanics

1. The promo is open to all Security Bank Mastercard credit and debit cardholders whose accounts are active, current, and in good credit standing.
2. To avail the Promo, the Cardholder must advise the restaurant staff that they will be using their participating Security Bank credit and debit card at Spectrum, Fairmont Makati within the Promo Period.
3. The Promo is valid for dine-in transactions only.
4. Walk in customers will be accepted between allowed promo days.
5. Customers can avail the Promo with one single receipt only, in one card payment.
6. The Cardholder must be present and part of the dining party to be able to avail the discount. Proof of card ownership might be requested for verification.
7. The Promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items.

9. Splitting tables or a single transaction, whether using one card or two cards eligible for the Promo, to avail of multiple discounts is prohibited.
10. The Promo does not include the service charge and local taxes when computing for the discount.
11. All other fees pertaining to the transaction (e.g. service charge, taxes) will be shouldered by the Cardholder.
12. The Promo is not applicable on payments for banquet sales, private functions, and parties. Private Dining Room Consumable rate is not part of the promo.

IV. General Terms and Conditions

1. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, in compliance to the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 (R.A. 9994) an Act Expanding Benefits and Privileges of Persons with Disability (PWD) (R.A. 10754), the senior citizen or PWD can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the said laws, whichever is higher.
2. In case of disputes related to this Promo, the decision of Spectrum and Security Bank Corporation shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by Security Bank Corporation.
3. Any dispute concerning the products availed with the Promo offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Spectrum with the concurrence of DTI.
4. All queries or issues arising from this promotion will only be accepted within sixty (60) calendar days after the last day of the promo period, after which, Security Bank will no longer accommodate disputes and/or requests. 5. Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Security Bank credit and debit cards shall apply.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those with Security Bank credit cards which are not reported lost or stolen, whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraud, and those who have not violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing the Issuance and Use of Security Bank-issued credit cards.
