Terms and Conditions

1. The Promo is open to all Security Bank credit (Principal and Supplementary) and debit cardholders whose accounts are active, current, and in good standing. The participating Security Bank cards are as follows:

2. The Promo Period vary per offer. 
3. Eligible Security Bank Cardholders are entitled to enjoy the following offer within the Promo Period.

4. To avail the Promo, the Cardholder must advise the restaurant staff that they will be using their eligible Security Bank credit or debit card at any participating restaurants in Admiral Hotel Manila – MGallery within the Promo Period. 
5. Advance reservation is required to guarantee seats. Please call +632 5318 900⁠0 or 0917-829-8434 reserve a table. 
6. To avail of the promo, the cardholder must use his/her valid Security Bank credit or debit card to pay for his/her single-receipt bill inclusive government taxes and service charge. 
7. The exclusive offer applies to one (1) valid Security Bank credit or debit card per reservation, per table, per transaction. 
8. The Promo is valid for dine-in transactions only. 
9. The Cardholder must be present and part of the dining party to be able to avail the discount. Proof of card ownership might be requested for verification. 
10. Splitting tables or a single transaction, whether using one card or two cards eligible for the Promo, to avail of multiple discounts is prohibited. 
11. Cardholders who are also checked-in at Admiral Hotel Manila – MGallery must settle the bill after they dine in. Offer cannot be applied when it’s charged to your hotel room. 
12. The Promo is not transferable and is not convertible into cash or gift certificates. 
13. The Promo is not applicable on payments for banquet sales, private functions, and parties. Private Dining Room Consumable rate is not part of the promo. 
14. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, in compliance to the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 (R.A. 9994) an Act Expanding Benefits and Privileges of Persons with Disability (PWD) (R.A. 10754), the senior citizen or PWD can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the said laws, whichever is higher, if applicable. 
15. The Promo cannot be used in conjunction with ongoing in-house promotions Admiral Hotel Manila – MGallery. 
16. In case of disputes related to this Promo, the decision of Admiral Hotel Manila – MGallery and Security Bank Corporation shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by Security Bank Corporation. 
17. Any dispute concerning the products availed with the Promo offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Admiral Hotel Manila – MGallery with the concurrence of DTI. 
18. Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Security Bank credit and debit cards shall apply. 

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those with Security Bank credit or debit cards which are not reported lost or stolen, whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraud, and those who have not violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing the Issuance and Use of Security Bank-issued credit or debit cards.
