Promo Period	Complete applications applying for a Home Loan starting December 12, 2023 to March 31, 2024
Availment / Booking Period	The home loan must be approved and booked up to March 31, 2024 only.
Channels	Eligible for all Channels
Eligible Purpose	All loan purposes shall be applicable.
Rates	Special rate offer shall apply for loans booked within the availment/booking period. All other published rates and term fixing shall apply. For Construction Loans, only tranches availed within the availment period shall be entitled to the lower rate. For Home Equity loan, the same promo rate offer shall apply.
Promo Conditions	The HL Promo Rate 2024 shall be subject to the following terms and conditions: The client must submit a complete Home Loan application form/ Buyer’s Information Sheet/ Reservation Agreement within the Promo Period. For an application to be considered complete, the following must be submitted to and confirmed to be complete and in order by a Home Loan SO Duly accomplished SBC Home Loan application form / Buyer’s Information Sheet / Reservation Agreement Applicable documentary requirements or application documents listed in the loan application form. The loan must be approved and booked on or before March 31, 2024. In the event any of the promo conditions are not complied with, customer will no longer be qualified for the Special Rate promo. The promo cannot be availed in conjunction with any other home loan promo, or rate discount unless otherwise specified in the promo mechanics.
Credit Criteria	All other Home Loan product parameters and eligibility requirements as per latest approved MRAC shall apply.
