Promo Mechanics
- The Security Bank Home Loan Acquisition Promo (“Promo”) is open to new applicants who:
- Will apply for Security Bank Home Loan through GCash online platform within the promo period and whose applications are approved and booked within 30 days from the promo end date and
- Who do not have any existing Home Loan with Security Bank under the same Promo
- Promo period is from July 15, 2024 to December 15, 2024, as approved by DTI Fair Trade Permit No. FTEB-197726 Series of 2024
- A client may only qualify for one promo at any given time. If a client is approved for multiple loans under different acquisition promos within the same period, he/she will be entitled to only one (1) eGift. The eGift will be applied to the first loan booked for the client.
The newly approved Home Loan shall be entitled to receive the eGift upon booking of the loan account.

- The client will receive an email from Giftaway within 30 days from the date of entitlement which is the booking date.
*For Construction Loans, the client will receive an email from Giftaway within 30 days from the date of the entitlement which is the booking date of the last tranche of proceeds. - The client must follow the instructions to be able to access the unique eGift code on Giftaway’s website.
- Client must choose from the list of merchants and click on the redeem button to claim the eGift, eGift terms and conditions shall be provided per merchant.
- Unique eGift code is valid for 60 days from the day of receipt.
- The client will receive an email from Giftaway within 30 days from the date of entitlement which is the booking date.
- By redeeming through Giftaway, the client is responsible for providing his/her personal information and other information that may be required by Giftaway and agrees that such information shall be subject to the confidentiality, data privacy, and security terms of Giftaway.
- All terms and conditions relating to the eGift and its use as indicated in the Giftaway website shall apply.
- The personal information we collect from you will be used, or shared with third parties (including related companies, third-party service providers, and third-party sellers), for the completion of the redemption process for Security Bank. Further, the client, by availing of the Home Loan qualified under the Promo, agrees to receive SMS/text messages or e-mails in relation to the Promo, such as but not limited to SMS or e-mails confirming earning of redemption code upon booking of the loan account.
- The eGift can only be availed of once. A client who has already made a redemption under the Promo may no longer redeem again. In case the client is found to have made multiple/invalid redemptions or is found to have redeemed using fraudulent schemes, Security Bank shall have the right to charge the cost of the eGift to the client.
- All questions or disputes regarding the client’s eligibility for the promotion, redemption, coverage of dates, and fulfillment, shall be resolved by Security Bank.
- Exchanging eGift for another kind of Gift or eGift under another Promo is not allowed.
- The eGift code is non-transferrable, not convertible to cash, non-refundable, and not replaceable when lost, and is not for sale. Lost or deleted codes may be requested subject to validation by Security Bank in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Promo pertaining to redemption and use.
- This Promo cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promos of Security Bank and is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the approval of Security Bank Home Loan.
