Security Bank received the 3 Golden Arrow Recognition for excellence in corporate governance by the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) at the Golden Arrow Recognition Ceremony held on September 19, 2024 at Manila Marriott Hotel.
This recognition is based on the ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS) and Corporate Governance Scorecard (CGS) Assessment Results. The award measures companies on various aspects of corporate governance, including shareholder rights, equitable treatment of shareholders, role of stakeholders, disclosure and transparency, and board responsibility
